Ordered a pair of shoes from Filling…

Ordered a pair of shoes from Filling Pieces. They used FEDEX to deliver, however my parcel was never delivered (believe the delivery man stole the parcel). FEDEX offered £15 compensation for a £120 order. I reached out to Filling Pieces, who straight away offered a replacement pair free of charge, which I have just recited today. Very happy with the customer service/outcome. Clearly a company with integrity who values their customers. Thank you again! Felix.

Mixed feelings

Ich habe vor Kurzem eine größere Bestellung an Loafern aufgegeben. Die Abwicklung der Bestellung verlief reibungslos und hinterließ zunächst einen positiven Eindruck. Dieser wurde jedoch durch die Qualität der Schuhe gestört: Bereits nach einmaligem Testen wirkten sie nicht mehr neuwertig, zudem löste sich die Farbe der Innensohle sehr schnell. Als Folge meldete ich eine Retoure an, was grundsätzlich unkompliziert möglich war. Problematisch war jedoch die Dauer der Rückerstattung, die über einen Monat in Anspruch nahm und erst nach einer Erinnerungs-E-Mail meinerseits erfolgte. Was mir positiv aufgefallen ist, ist die kulante Retouren Annahme

Service client bas de gamme

Le colis n'est pas au point indiqué, mais le transporteur me dit que si. Il dit qu'il est ailleurs, chez le commerçant du point relais. Filling Piece a l'air de s'en ficher, puisqu'il me fait mijoter depuis deux mois.
