Fibrenova are the first to offer FTTP
Fibrenova are the first to offer full fibre to our house in North Birmingham. So far so good.
The new telephone poles are being installed on our estate and cabling to customers houses has started. From first contact by Paul Macgugan and the visit today by the local reps I have bèen kept informed of progress and the expected completion date. Fibrenova staff have been both friendly and informative. The service prices for the different internet speeds available are also very good in comparison to my current speed of about 12 Mbs. I'm looking forward to completion. Thank you.

LIAM SMITH was brilliant!
Your onboarding process really needs improving. As a new customer, I shouldn't have to call multiple times just to find out how to get my internet set up. Clear setup instructions should be sent automatically.
That said, LIAM SMITH was brilliant. He went above and beyond every time I called and made the whole process much easier. The technicians were excellent too.

I think the install were really good…
I think the install were really good but trying to get through to customer service is really hard work...why when you speak to someone they have to spell every word back to you is mind boggling. You spend 15 minutes explaining every word to be then told they will call you back.

Why go elsewhere
The process of getting broadband through Fibre Nova was made very simple. From 1st contact with Paul Macgugan, he set the ball rolling, things moved at pace. It wasn't long before we were up and running and getting the speeds that were advertised. Nathan Sharkey, in customer support, kept me up to speed with installation dates and time windows.
From my experience with Fibre Nova I would not hesitate to recommend them.

We needed fibre broadband installed at…
We needed fibre broadband installed at 2 sites. One of the sites especially was complicated and required quite a lot of planning. Paul was great. He organised surveyors and kept me updated all the way along. Because of all the preparation the final install went smoothly. Having the high speeds of fibre broadband will be of great benefit to our business. We are very happy we went with Fibre Nova. Highly recommend.

Quality/First Class experience
We received a flyer promoting Fibre Nova which was welcomed as we have had considerable issues with broadband speeds which averaged 6mbps. I contacted Paul Macgugan who was excellent and nothing was too much trouble in terms of answering questions and being available to respond to emails very quickly - the level of customer service I have received far exceeds what I have experienced elsewhere. The turnaround from agreeing to progress to installation was quick and within days I noticed engineers working outside. I then received a call re installation. I was kept updated throughout and the engineers who installed the full fibre were also excellent. Everything went well and we now have broadband speeds that we never imagined. We were never given any indication of getting full fibre until fibre nova came along and it’s been a great and easy transition from our current provider.
Highly recommended and top customer service.

A long haul but worth it!
Because of my location this installation was particularly long. From start to finsh almost 12 months. Fibre Nova showed commitment to the project and patience in overcoming just about every obstacle. The result of the work done is brilliant. 250mb download speed, reliable, stable fibre internet. All staff from cable installers to sales staff were polite and helpful.
Almost got 5 stars.
Would definitely recommend.

The service gives impressive speeds at a very competitive price.
Communication was a bit ragged during installation though and is an area definitely in need of improvement.

This company is absolutely fantastic.
I have always had problems with whatever service providers in 1 of my rooms in our house.
I have also been promised speeds of up 120 with BT, VODAFONE, SKY and others. The only speed we ever got was 70.
Then FibaNova came along, i was promised by I would have full coverage and speeds up to 150. I am actually getting a little more than that.
The people that I have spoken to from the Guy knocking on hhd door, the lady in customer service and Paul have shown professionalism in all areas of service.
I am so pleased I decided to move over to them, they have delivered on every front. Quality

Excellent service and support
Living in a remote rural village in the Cotswolds, our broadband recently suffered a major incident when a car knocked over the telegraph pole which hosted the broadband fibre hub for >1000 residents each with individual fibre connections. Fibre Nova response was excellent, reconnecting customers in under a week Good customer comms & updates were maintained throughout and the field engineers working on the ground were outstanding. Thank you.

Fantastic Customer Service
How do you truly know how good a service provider is?
The answer is when the product has an issue, so often people jump to review a product or service before they've ever had an issue with it.
We have had this Fibre service for a while in a rural village and it just works... Until late on Sunday morning when a motorist decided to driver full on, into the pylon that had attached all the fibre & broadband cabling, it was destroyed.
Without any prompts to Fibre Nova, from the Monday we were receiving 2 update emails a day from them, great comms. The workforce deployed was more than impressive, on Monday I counted no less than 6 trucks and they were onsite all day & late in the evening, this continued throughout the week until service was renewed to users (rerouting the cabling away from the still stricken pylon).
I was and am, really really quite impressed and quite frankly I don't think they could have done a single thing more. This really is a 5 star review, well done!
BT still haven't been out and those with them, have been told 2 weeks minimum before service will be connected again.
