Exceptional Service and Seamless Move to Botany Bay Business Park
We have recently moved to Botany Bay Business Park through FI Real Estate Management, and the experience has been exceptional from start to finish. Rob, our letting agent, was absolutely brilliant - quick to respond, incredibly attentive and proactive at every stage. I have never seen a lease go through so smoothly and swiftly; Rob made sure every step was handled efficiently and with our needs as a priority.
The entire FI Real Estate Management team went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and settle into our new warehouse. They not only met all our requests but also showed genuine enthusiasm in helping us get everything set up just the way we wanted. Moving to a new business park can be daunting, but they made it effortless. We couldn’t be happier with the service, and we look forward to a great experience at Botany Bay Business Park. About to lose our house reservation
We own a house which fronts on to a private road in respect of which FI Real Estate Management are now the managing agent. We are in the process of selling our house and cannot obtain a management pack from them despite chasing for over 4 weeks and having paid circa £470. We have spoken to various people and cannot obtain the pack.
