TapMe Cards Limited Arvostelua 16

I never received a card, or any communication about the delivery. When I asked, I was told it would come, but the day arrived and no card still. I have now asked for a refund. My event was this week so I won't be able to use the card unless it comes literally by the end of today at the very latest. Unlikely now. Very disappointing. I hope I get my refund sorted. Was really looking forward to using this new system.

UPDATE
I received the card, so have upgraded the stars to 3. But the customer service is poor and needs some work as noone responded to my last email.

Having issues upgrading my plan after spending £200 on cards, I have reached out to Tap me for support via email on 3 different occasions with no reply. Attempted to contact via Facebook and twitter no reply.

Avoid at all costs.

Amazingly quick delivery. So easy to set up. I trade on Artisan markets and redirecting customers to my socials, wholesale or newsletter sign up, has never been easier!

I have not yet received the card but am hopeful that a new one will be received soon as TapMe has offered to send a replacement.

This TapMe card is fantastic, saves carrying around loads of business cards.

Mo certainly knows what customer service is! I had an issue setting up my card, he talked me through it with plenty of patience. He is a pleasure to deal with and I cannot recommend him and TapMe highly enough!

Brilliant design, love the ability to be able to edit the card,

The software is a little difficult to navigate and I assumed a number of things were not possible. As a result, I gave them a 2-star rating.

Since then that review they responded to helpfully explain what I was doing wrong.

As a result, I am going to upgrade my review to a 4-star. Thank you TapMe Cards.

TapMeCards made it Simple, convenient and easy way to share socials, contact information to wifi codes and more, I just love it.

Had a slight issue with my card not turning up. Contacted customer service at tapmecards and they issued a new one straight and also gave me a free card for my inconvienience :) . . Very happy

I got given a tap me card at the London expo a few weeks ago, found the card easy to claim as I read the instructions on the back, it took me a few minutes to set up I added my email, phone number and few socials I wanted to share with people in meet, just for safety I used the password feature to protect my tap me card.

It’s great for networking. a good card to have at an event or expo as I found I got to share and save my contacts in loads of phones on the day.

I do like the idea of sharing what contacts I want to at that specific time with ease, saves hassle from trying to give out my socials or touching someone’s phone just to search my username, I don’t have to buy or remember to carry paper business cards in my bag anymore, one extra card in my purse does the trick from now on.

It’s affordable tech with no monthly subscription just a one of cost of under £15, I do definitely recommend it it’s a must have for everyone, I brought one for my husband after I loved using my one so much over the last few weeks.

I myself can’t complain I didn’t even have to pay for mine, thanks to the young lad at the expo that gave me a red tap me card (to go with my dress) for free to use and test out instead of using my outdated paper business cards, as he called them.

This is the best thing I’ve bought it’s so much easier to share my information to old friends and family I would recommend buying it :)
