Very dissappointing customer service
My order arrived with multiple damaged and leaking products, as well as missing items. I immediately contacted customer service and provided photographs clearly showing the condition of the products. Despite this, I was repeatedly told that video evidence was required before my case could be investigated further.
I then went out of my way to retrieve the damaged products after they had already been disposed of, specifically to provide the video evidence that was requested. After doing so, I was informed that there were “discrepancies” in the evidence and that the products did not appear consistent with their packaging standards. I find this extremely frustrating, considering the products arrived from Fenty Beauty in that condition and customers have no control over how items are packed before shipment.
What disappointed me most was that, despite providing photos, additional information, and making multiple attempts to provide video evidence, I was still left without a resolution. I was also directed to pursue the courier myself, even though my purchase was made directly with Fenty Beauty.
As a customer, I do not believe it is fair to be left paying for products that arrived damaged, leaking, missing, or otherwise unusable through no fault of my own.
This has been one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I have had, and unfortunately it has left me with very little confidence in ordering directly from Fenty Beauty again. I hope my feedback helps other customers understand the level of support they may receive if there is an issue with their order.
