I cannot tell you how great Tyler is. He’s one of the friendliest people I’ve ever met as a sales person. I actually consider him a friend. Feature is a huge part of my life.I like to just go there to say hello to all of the people that work there if I am in the area. I cannot tell you how impressed I am about the way everyone handles themselves at the store. I normally shop at the Spring Mountain store, but I’m very familiar with all of the people that work at the Wynn. Elisa and Kevin have taken care of me for years before Tyler. If there’s anything I can ever do for you guys just let me know. On a sidenote, I’m very glad that Chase is back.

Excellent company! Package arrived super fast! Shoes were 100% authentic and well packaged. Costumer service was very good as well.

Shipping takes a long time compared to other retail stores.

I was a little nervous from the reviews. I had a great experience I emailed them about my tracking information they replied in a short matter then later that same day I received my tracking.. so far so good.. and my friend is a repeat customer he has nothing but positive things to say about feature....

I was sent the wrong size after I specified I wanted a 11.5 size for men this was for a gift now I have to return it !

Feature always has great products, prices, and availability of highly sought after items. Their communication and shipping times are great as well!

Don't ship from here as their return policy is misleading in terms of it you're applying coupon codes even ones that auto applied.

I wish I could give negative stars. Anyone who works for this company should be ashamed to work for a scam operation. Buyers beware. While they hide the terms in fine print, anything you buy at this store cannot be refunded. I filed a Better Business Bureau complaint and the company didn't even reply. This is a shady operation and anyone who works there should feel ashamed.

Terrible service and purchase experience, tried to purchase shoes on three occasions. All three were never shipped even though payment was w. Had to request refund, terrible communication and experience

I ordered a pair of shoes at a great price. They were delivered in just a few days and I had hardly any issues. My only complaint is that they didn’t include a recipient name on the package.

I ordered but my package hasn’t arrived yet even after the estimated delivery time. Tracking hasn’t updated, and I’m still waiting for a reply from their support team.

Bad experience, bad seller.

I bought a pair of Adidas shoes and waited three days for a confirmation email, but I never received anything. I contacted them, and they told me my order was being processed. I told them I didn't have a payment confirmation email, or that my money had arrived. I don't know where it is. I logged into my account and found my order had been canceled and they didn't tell me ...!!!!

I don't know if the company owner's are aware of what's going on in their company, or what their employees do with customers and orders...????

This company sent me a 25% off code as a “welcome to feature” email. The item they sent was the wrong size. When I attempted to return, the item was “final sale”. There was no indication of this even in the fine print of the email I received. Typical returns are for store credit only. Which is terrible customer service.

Too expensive, better deals

Horrible customer service. Ordered a $1.2k jacket from them that was too small and they wouldn’t let me exchange it because it was on sale. Never shopping with them again.
