The worst company ever i have been…

The worst company ever i have been trying to exchange some sneakers since i got them on the jan 15th and they dont want to help they say go to the site, then when I put return for another size, site saids, sale items cant be return! this is the worst site ever don't ever buy here and customer service really sucks and have no communication skills! Dont bother go to real sites.

Einfach nur unterirdisch!

Dieser Shop ist mit Abstand der schlechteste, bei dem ich jemals bestellt habe. Die Lieferung dauerte ewig und als das Paket ankam, enthielt es nur einen Teil meiner bestellten und bezahlten Ware. Kein Hinweis wann oder ob der Rest geliefert wird. Die Qualität der Kleidung ist unterirdisch, selbst zum reduzieren Preis. Finger weg von diesem Shop, hier kann man nur verlieren.

poor experience and customer service from feature …

When I was purchasing the computer froze up and I didn’t think the purchase went through as soon as I noticed the charge I emailed to cancel the order per the website I was told in the reply email that I couldn’t cancel the order when the website didn’t say anything about that particular shoe not being able to cancel so I thought that was wrong on feature also the shipping took so long to receive I was not happy at all with feature and it’s poor customer service I will not be buying anything from them again and I will make sure anyone I know doesn’t either
