This is an excellent program for digital loyalty programs/punch cards! It's simple, easy to use and doesn't require the customer to download an app or create an account!
The live chat in the web dashboard responds very fast during normal business hours and he was able to help with my questions regarding the free plan!

This is a great alternative to physical punch cards! Only a few small downsides/glitches that happen.
Stamps sometimes don’t show up on customers cards. Only way it resolves is by making a whole new card for them.
Search engine to look up customer cards doesn’t work. No matter what name or letter you type in, their cards never pull up. Sitting by alphabetical order doesn’t do anything either, the order is sorta is is semi correct
