Das wird bei Treueprogrammen fast immer übersehen, es geht eben nicht nur um den Bonus, sondern um den Anlass zu reden.

I think you guys did an excellent job creating this. We are very happy to have found y'all. There are a couple suggestions, we have three locations I’d like to be able to use 1 stamp card on 3 different pages. That way every store has a page but customers a use the same card at any location. I’d also like to see some being able to set different permissions to my team. That way the other managers can see dashboards from their log ins. I had an idea of making a second stamp card strictly for our employees as an internal rewards for the team but I’d have to be able to lock adding stamps per certain users. But from sign up to now, customer service has been amazing and quick. Easy to use and figure out program. Absolutely amazing!

One card across your three locations: this is possible today, though the shape is slightly different from what you describe. Rather than three separate pages, it's one business page that covers all your locations, with a single card your customers use at any of them. Worth a conversation to see whether that fits how your stores actually work.
A separate internal card for your team: you can already run a second card alongside your customer one, so the employee rewards idea works right now.
Different permissions per manager, and locking who can add stamps: not yet. Today there's one admin and one employee role, and I'd rather tell you that plainly than let you discover it later. More detailed roles are on our roadmap, and the way you described using them (managers seeing their own dashboards, restricted stamping on the staff card) is exactly the kind of detail we build from.

Sorry for the confusion, and I understand why that message felt like a bait-and-switch. The wording was on us.
To clear it up: every new account starts with 30 days of our Pro plan free (all premium features, no payment). When those 30 days end, you don't lose FaveCard. You move to our Free plan, which is free forever. Your loyalty card keeps running, you can keep signing up new customers with no limit, each one gets their card by email, and you can add a stamp any time by finding them in the app.
The only things behind our paid plan are the premium extras, like Apple Wallet and Google Wallet passes. That's all the "you'll lose your trial" message meant: the Pro features, not FaveCard itself. We're rewording it so it's clearer.
