Fatmoose Arvostelua

Very good experience, lots of choice, good quality products and excellent delivery, both times we have purchased from Wickey/fat moose it has been fab and the kids love it! Highly recommend

Great choice of options from Fatmoose and quality obviously superior to other brands! Love that we could customise the playhouse with a fireman’s pole and climbing parts! Boys are going to love the tower playhouse! Thank you!

Been looking at the play house ive brought for a while for my autistic children and due to cost weve saved to buy it, checkout way easy and straight forward be happy to receive it

Had a query about a product and it was answered quickly and efficiently. Checkout process was smooth. Look forward to receiving the product

So far so good, great products available on the website. Order has not arrived so hoping for a brilliant experience when it does!

Very easy to place order. It did take us a while to choose one though 😂 because there’s to many nice ones to choose from but really happy with our choice ☺️

Ordering was really straightforward, and the site gave helpful suggestions for accessories that make the build easier — things I wouldn’t have thought of myself, like the slide anchor. We’re really looking forward to receiving it and seeing how much our 5- and 6-year-old enjoy it over the next few years.

Nice products

Good selection of products to choose from at competetive prices. Offer to increase warranty to fifteen years provides extra confidence in the quality of the product as does the fact the product is manufactured in Germany. Straight forward ordering process too. Overall, a positive experience thus far.

Great service

Great site, easy to compare climbing frames so we could make a decision

Really straightforward experience from start to finish. The website was easy to navigate, products were clearly laid out, and it was simple to understand what I was buying.

I also liked that it suggested useful extras and add-ons I might need, making it easy to order everything in one go rather than coming back later.

Checkout was quick and hassle-free. Overall, a very smooth buying process, and I would happily use them again.

Consider changing the delivery company. I never received a 2 hour delivery window as promised. As a result I missed calls from the driver, who also went to the wrong address for unknown reasons.

Fatmoose were alright once I reached out to them. However I strongly suggest you change the carrier company you use. Dhl freight was not impressive.

Also, your service could be improved by giving customers the option to delay the delivery and select a nominated day or day range.

Nice easy transition on the purchase looking forward to the build in the coming weeks

Such a great company for climbing frames, Fatmoose wins hands down against competitors in regard to style, choices, colours, maintenance (already treated wood) and addable accessories. Really excited to watch our set grow with our children!

The variety and creativity of these platforms are amazing. We went top spec to ensure our girls get fully challenged and gain the most in confidence as they grow up.

Great order experience with the black friday deals! Hopwfully the product is as good as there website experience

It was good, good to have the compare option, would have liked to be able use my discount code because it was over £500 at £535 but the discount code only applied for the tower itself being over £500 but mine was £489, other than that, easy enough to navigate and use and view items.
