Well structured website, easy to use.

Super easy site to navigate, the compare feature was super helpful. Can’t wait to receive and get it up! My daughter will love it

So easy to use, find the broad range of products, select what you want and select everything else you need to go alongside it!

Looks like a great product can’t wait to get it and the ordering process was very easy

Overall, my experience with Fatmoose has been positive, especially in terms of product quality and the variety of climbing frames available. I’ve been looking for a safe and engaging outdoor playset for my child, Ren, and the designs are genuinely impressive and appealing for families.

However, the shopping experience itself was quite challenging when it came to choosing between similar models like FruityForest Pure, Fun XXL, and BoldBaron. They all look very similar at first glance, but the key differences in play value, layout, and space requirements are not clearly explained. I had to spend a lot of time comparing specifications to understand what would actually fit my garden and suit my child’s age.

Another difficulty was understanding the real size requirements for UK gardens. The product pages show measurements, but it would be very helpful to have real-life garden examples or layout visuals, as it is easy to underestimate how much clearance is needed for swings and safe play space.

Pricing also felt a little confusing, as the difference between “original price” and discounted price varies across models without much explanation of why some sets are valued higher than others.

Overall, I do like the brand and the product quality, but I think the experience could be improved with clearer model comparisons, better space guidance, and more transparent pricing explanations. This would make it much easier for parents like me to confidently choose the right set for their children.

Website was very clear. Options were great there were lots of combinations to choose from, can’t wait to receive them and assemble them for my granddaughter

Brilliant choice of multiple options of climbing frame

The selection and comparison features on the website made choosing difficult but only because there was so much choice! They provided an easy to follow selection system and good pricing and feature comparisons easy to follow and select

Easy to order.
Easy to spend lots of money.

Only just ordered but website was very easy to use and love that you can buy all the little bits separately too.

Payment plan options didn’t work; otherwise fine

Haven't received the product yet but the process of purchasing was super easy and we're very excited to receive it and start building!! The Easter deals were brilliant too :)
