No point in the booking process
I was under the impression that if you'd booked an appointment, ordered and paid for your new tyre, that you'd have some sort of precedence in the queue. In fact, you're just in the same boat as everyone else. I was told to come back in 2 hours. Without your car, where can you go?

I have booked a single tire to be replaced and it took them three hours. I was waiting there for three hours. I had a children with me one child and if you book it be ready to stay there for long I never go there because there is no time specific time, they will replace your tire so they have all day you might be lucky you will get an hour or or two hours after then your tire will be replaced or maybe you’re gonna spend 3 or 4 hours waiting.

My overall experience with the staff at the Alloa Branch was positive. The staff were very helpful and efficient when explaining why my car failed the MOT and what steps I needed to take to rectify the problems. Once the problems were solved the retest was completed and the car was certified and on the road.

The staff were really helpful. I got caught in traffic so phoned to say I was going to be late but they still fitted my car in when I arrived as they knew I was planning to wait while it was getting MOT’d 😊

Efficient and Affordable MOT
Booked my latest MOT at my local Farmer Autocare. Online booking and advance payment was helpful.
Original booking was subsequently cancelled due to a fault with hydraulic ramp but fortunately rebooked before expiry date.
MOT carried out efficiently and I received a call to inform me that car was ready for collection.
The cost was also lower than other garages in the locality.
Recommended.
