I used the ExportYourStore app and used the services of Richard to export all of my store from Shopify onto Amazon. It would take too long for me and there was so many aspects that I thought this would be quicker. It was greatly appreciated and a very human experience even though we re very afar worldwise :)

There are similar software that have similar functions and I have tested 5-6 of those, but none of those does better than ExportYourStore.

We are using ExportYourStore to cross-sell products on 5 platforms` eBay, Etsy, Shopify, Facebook, and Instagram.
ExportYourStore is helping us to automate our product syncing and inventory tracking. With the Rules tool, we are adjusting the description and price for each platform which is big time saving, and no other software is doing that.
Because we are selling unique products (most of the time) ExportYourStore is helping us to avoid double selling.

The support team is amazing! always responding quickly and solving all the problems.

I tried exportyourstore because it did all the stock control that I needed,even though the trial is very limited which forces to buy a subscription to evaluate . App would not update new listings from my main store. There was very little communication from help desk, after a week, I gave up & cancelled. Now, I have setup a Shopify store and they suggest using exportyourstore. None of my channels would link as they were still connected to my old account that was cancelled. A simple fix? Not for these guys, 12 days later, they told me it was maybe fixed and to try again! 12 days off the air is a death sentence to a business, so needless to say, I'm not with them and nothing would ever make me use them ever again. If I could give a negative rating, Exportyourstore would win hands down. The final insult is that they then send an email asking if I need help setting up my store.
Edit note. Exportyourstore have never once reached out offering a refund or discount which is why there would be no reply to them .

Initially, I had trouble because of things like incompatible data feeds that took a few days to fix. When I reached out to their support team, they fixed the issue and were so helpful in answering my questions to get everything up and running. Their tutorials are very clear as well. While figuring everything out can be complicated, they are there to help.

horrible horrible horrible , the issues with transfering from etsy to ebay never ended , the support team clearly did not know what they were doing , they would ignore for long periods of time and when they did respond it would be with a suggestion that did nothing to fix issue i paid $100 a very plan and it made no difference . this is partially my fault , i did not look into them well enough before paying. i have asked for a refund , i will update wit how it all goes.

This is a classic example of a product that will leave you with headaches and regrets. I installed this product and immediately it didn't work right. I upgraded to which they said it would provide a better experience. After the upgrade every hour it duplicated my store inventory, changed pricing, and caused my store to crash. I tried to work with the support team who only made the issue worse. Descriptions will not sync and you'll end up with a store that doubles every hour. When requesting a refund, the support team stated that they would refund the transaction, they did not.

It is a waste of time and a disaster.

**Update: they eventually refunded my transaction but only after several follow up emails to their team. They have since harassed me almost everyday to remove this review**

**Second update: Their product resulted in multiple incorrect and misformatted data feeds and their technical team was unable to provide support. I responded to every one of their emails and they are unsatisfied that I would not remove this review in exchange for 6 months of service for a product that does not work.

I like the interface works well transferred from Ebay to Poshmark easy to set up. Too expensive for me to use every month but recommend if you need 1 time transfer or ongoing supports multiple channels 1 bad thing customer service response time very slow they have chat but don't respond for a long time no phone support

Probably the best solution for multichannel sellers!
Easy to use, simple ui, super fast and efficient. I'm now selling on multiple channels instead of one and I've tripled my income within 2 month.
