They advertised poshmark and depop integration as well as ebay, etsy, Meta, etc. Unfortunately after 4 months Depop had to be disconnected. 6 months poshmark had to be disconnected.
Customer Service - there really isn't any. You have 2 primary people Melanie and Jairus. Melanie has to refer all questions so your tech support is more of an answering service. Jairus knows more about the software but it takes sometimes 3 or more business days to get an acknkwledgement of your message.. Literally you submit a message on 10/28 and the response comes on 11/2.
Both those integrations kept resubmitted and creating duplicate listings with same sku etc. Depop we had to shutter for five days with no tech support response other than we were left to delete the duplicates and they had no answer as to why other than it was their system. Poshmark site has been down 5 days because the EYS software duplicated listings 3x. No answers for 3 days. Literally direct messages to Jairus and from 10/28 to 11/2 no solutions. We had to completely.disconnect and have a person pull down 500 excess listings which also created issues with Poshmark. This isn't the first it's happened.

Customer service response. They are overseas. If you communicate during USA hours after about 10am you won't get answers until next day 2 am. And if you can't be online to chat before USA 10am on Friday then your going to wait until Monday.

Meta, depop, poshmark arena reliable or trustworthy and will cause problems potentially getting your site suspended while you fix them as of 11/2/23. Spend the money on more standardized and fully stuffed apps with real tech support.

This app will potentially cost you lost sales due to site down time, and they do not have a successful integration with poshmakr or depop despite advertisements.

Export Your Store is an indispensable service for anyone selling on the Online Selling Platforms. We would not be able to sell without them. It saves time and is reasonably priced. Daniel solves problems that I would not be able to solve on my own.

Company does what I need them to do. Some issues but what company doesn't have that.

The customers like me helpline service chat is very good and helpful. Now i can sell on eBay easy without a lot of works. It is easy semi automatic.

Richard is my go to guy! He fixes any problems I have with great efficiency! I definitely recommend paying the extra money to have them help you post your product to your stores and definitely do the zoom call so you can see how to do feeds on your own.

If you are thinking of moving from Etsy to Ebay, this software only does about 30% of the work. It makes you create ebay policies, it makes you create ebay SKU's, neither of which you needed before...! Then of course... half of the fields won't or don't match.. so you end up going in to each listing making sure its in the correct ebay category so exactly which part of this is automated then...?
Oh and the final killer... after successfully linking your etsy store to your ebay account... AND importing your items frometsy... can you export to ebay..? NOPE... you need to sign up to a subscription service for that...

Been using the platform for a long time, very few issues and when we do run into something it is rectified quickly and by very courteous people. Would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a solution in this space.

I use Export Your Store to sync to Poshmark.ca and it works perfectly. The support team is excellent and quick to resolve and help with any questions I may have. I highly recommend this app for any business that is manually listing and uploading SKUs. Huge time saver for us!

A the easiest site to work with but customer service is helpful

Wonderful customer service. Whenever I had a question, they got back to me very quickly. Great product to get your merchandise in front of more sales channels.

ON a massive level this app couldn't be further from it's claims. "Export your store in 3 minutes"....lol....it wouldn't even export a listing in 3 hours.... let alone all the errors in mapping and other nonsense. In the first day I managed to sync 3 listing s to eBay. If I had done it manually, I probably could have done a hundred. WASTE of time and THANK GOODNESS I hadn't upgraded yet, Just another app making ridiculous click bait claims of success. And no delivery

I have an inventory of over 400 books that I use ExportYourStore to transfer from eBay to Etsy. I also recently transferred them to DePop as well.

Typically I use The Art of Books to manage my inventory, which sends my inventory to Amazon, Abebooks, Biblio, eBay, and my own personal Chrislands website. But getting my inventory on "newer" selling websites hasn't been easy. ExportYourStore fills in that gap and is worth the extra monthly fee.

Once the sync between websites is setup I don't typically have to think about it.

I find that when I first setup a new sync there is usually an issue or two that I need to work out with ExportYourStore customer service. Both times it has been an issue with duplicates of my listings being listed on both venues. Once I contacted them they were quick to respond and the issue is was resolved in 1-3 days.

Every so often there is a delay between when I list new items and when they get transferred from one venue to another - this usually works itself out within a day, if not I contact them and they resolve it within a few hours.

They are not based in US, so I have noticed a lag time between communications sometimes. Not always, but sometimes. Not necessarily a downside, just worth noting for people located within the US.

Their customer service is always courteous and helpful.

I've had an online store for over ten years and I find the experience with their product to be a good standard compared to other inventory syncing programs I have used. Their customer service I find to be above average - you do actually communicate with a real person which is a plus and they are able to work on your problem specifically.
They care about their product. I just hope they don't sell it. Please, ExportYourStore, keep managing your own business.

We have been using Export Your Store since it was introduced. We had some issues in the beginning and have some issues here and there BUT their support and customer service is exceptional and handles the problem right away. This is NOT an easy thing to do. We transfer ebay to Amazon. The platforms are so very different and errors do occur. As long as they are addressed - then it really does not matter. If you are not happy with something export your store does - imagine posting all your listings manually from ebay to Amazon and then adjusting inventory every time something sells. You will then realize how useful and helpful Export Your Store really is!! Cost, ease and customer service should all you need to review in order to make a decision to use them.
