100% inutile pour la conversion pdf vers word
D'abord, en souscrivant à l'offre à 1,99$ pour 30 jours, nous sommes automatiquement enrollés pour un renouvellement annuel.
Ensuite, le produit convertit les pdf en word simplement en créant une image pour chaque page du pdf. Donc beaucoup moins performant que MS word.
C'est juste lamentable et une perte de temps et d'argent.
Suite à la réponse de Expert pdf, j'ai perdu 2 heures de plus sur un autre type de fichier pdf. Cette fois-ci il convertit un peu de texte, mais ne reprend pas sous forme d'image ce qu'il ne sait pas convertir. De plus le texte converti qui était dans un tableau ne tient plus sur la page.
Quant à la fonction OCR, elle bien évidemment payante en sus du prix déjà payé.
Je confirme donc que ce produit est une complète perte de temps et d'argent.

Can I give a minus rating? I invested in a lifetime Expert pdf Professional license and a perpetual OCR license. Neither product is reliable. The editing in the Expert pdf is hit and miss, while the OCR is trash. I still try to use the software, but regularly get notifications to activate and upgrade which really can’t be necessary for lifetime licenses. Avanquest customer service employees are very unhelpful and know little about their customers or their products. Quite shocking! Find somewhere else to invest your hard earned money!

Guter Service nach Anschaffung eines neuen PCs
Nach Anschaffung eines neuen PCs konnte man die ältere Expert PDF Software nicht mehr aktivieren. Ich erhielt ein neueres Installationsprogramm. Obwohl sich dessen Installation als schwierig erwies (weil nicht alle Berechtigungen erteilt waren) betreute mich NICO sehr engagiert und stets freundlich!

Deceptive advertising and terrible product
When I purchased the basic product, it was not made clear that I had to spend more money to get OCR.
The OCR is TERRIBLE. I tried to convert a clearly typed document, and it only recognized every other line. I would like to get a refund, but I'm not holding my breath

Downloading the app was smoth and fast and I would have loved to use it. However I´m from Sweden and had difficulties with the language.
So I asked for help with finishing my subsciption. I got the best of help in the chat and was surprised about the great treatment and positive help I got.
