Ich habe pdf Suite extra gekauft, damit ich Dokumente unterschreiben kann. Nachdem das System aber nicht funktionierte, hatte ich den Support kontaktiert.
6 Wochen nach der Problembeschreibung noch immer keine Antwort. Ich bekomme nur die Abbuchungen, aber die bestellt Leistung bleibt aus.

Update 06.04: auch diese Antworten sind einfach lächerlich. Ich habe nicht um Hilfe gebeten, sondern den Kauf storniert und warte seitdem (seit 6 Wochen) auf die Bearbeitung meines Stornos. Also am besten zwei Mal überlegen, ob man hier einen Kauf abschließt!

This app/company is a scam!
This app/company is a scam!! I purchased the application and they wouldn't activate the app unless I let them remote into my computer. I said no to remote access. They refused to work with me to activate myself. When I tried to cancel the purchase, their online chat disconnects and on the phone it just says "No operators available" and hangs up!!!

Let us clarify the situation, it is not necessary to allow remote access to your PC for installation and activation. It is one of the options that we offer. You can definitely install and activate the software yourself. You will find a link to set a password for your account and an installation link in the purchase confirmation email. Once the software is installed, you need to sign in with your email address and the password you set to activate your purchased license.
We will certainly help you with your cancellation request, but we need your order information for that. We have sent a request for order information through Trustpilot. Please follow up.

The program is easy to use. I loved the way the company handled the signing in and downloaded the app to my home screen for easy access. I have been working in different projects and using the app to work on documents with great success.

I do not appreciate the crap left on my pc with the 365tech help. An application comes up and I can not get rid of it. I have another service I use to address my pc issues so would like you to remove all the 365 tech stuff still remaining on my pc. I'm good with the adobe application but don't need all the other stuff that's been left on my pc.
