Very quickly response and very professional

The representative was very respectful, patient and made sure I got the best deal upon renewal time. I'm a senior citizen and these things mean a lot.

At one hand, it was frustrating that my license stopped working although it was paid for in 2022 and just at a moment when I absolutely needed that.
There is definitively a problem with the link between the license, the paiments and the requests for payment to continue the license.
On top of it, on the system / website, the human assistance is not available anymore. Fortunately, I still had recorded all the data, incl. the contacts for support, on paper.
But, once I had a person on the chat, it went all very smooth and quick. I am very satisfied about the assistance.

Les indications fournies par "CARINE" ont été très bonnes et j’ai pu utiliser le logiciel très rapidement.

I purchased a trial for $1.99 for 10 days. I couldn't get it to work and contacted support. It took days which severely cut into the 10 days. Still no success. Then problems trying to cancel automatic full price purchase. On chat it took about 6 minutes to complete that process.

c'est un excellent logiciel, mieux qu'abode, il est remarquable et tres rapide au traitement, il s'ouvre rapidement, ne patine pas, c'est un logiciel qu'il faut absolument avoir sur son ordinateur, il est est capable de tout faire et simple d'utilisation, un outil a mettre sur son bureau

Großartig, der Service von Avanquest. Ich hatte große Probleme beim Kauf und der Aktivierung des EXPERT PDF 15 Programs, weil ich über einen Händler gekauft hatte, der mir nicht geholfen hat. All meine Probleme wurden geduldig von dem Avanquest-Service gelöst.

J'ai acheté Expert PDF PRofessionnal 9 il y a plusieures années mais je ne peux plus le réinstaller sur mon ordinateur pourtant j'ai le CD d'installation avec le code et malgré tout je ne peux le réinstaller, vous me dites qu'il n'est plus pris en charge c'est ce qui est déplorable car je n'ai pas acheté ce logiciel pour ne pas pouvoir le réinstaller si mon ordinateur plante

The product is good, though it pushes you into a subscription ... no escape from those !

But this review is about the excellent after-sales, on the support line. I mistakenly subscribed twice, overlapping dates - they sorted it out in 3 emails, and merged the two into a single longer one - thanks Nico !

Suite à une réinitialisation de mon pc, ma clef Expert PDF ne fonctionnait pas. Après contact avec le SAV, une nouvelle clef m'a été envoyée immédiatement et à parfaitement fonctionné.
