Wtf why are you sending the pass as zip, how should I open it on my phone? Btw you not even sending it by email, it can be downloaded only from the website. Very weird tbho and looks like a scam.

I booked the fast track and then when I arrived, there were hardly any people, but it took over 10 minutes to get through. I am not sure if it was a training day or just "we would like to chat and take our time day", but it would have been quicker not to buy it!

Terrible company - like others, thought I was paying for a one-time pass at £10. Then £79 leaves my account a few days later! I still have no idea how or why. Horrendous job to try and get refunded. Avoid!

Scammers - Pretending to be a legit company by paying to sit at the top of a Google page. Once they take payment for fast track tickets, expect another payment attempt days later for £79.
At no point do they make you aware of this, or give you the option to "opt out". Thankfully my bank flagged it as suspicious and I was able to block the payment.

I bought a one off pass and paid for it. A few days later they've set up a subcription for me costing £70 every 3 months! Never seen anything like it. I've been bombarded with emails from them too. Ridiculous.

Would have given 5 stars if there was ability to download an invoice for fast track via the website.

Thought I was buying a one off fast pass and see in my bank today that they are trying to deduct £79 in a subscription I did not want nor request. Avoid this company like the plague - sharp practice, especially if you are buying the fast pass on a phone.

Booked and paid but cannot access the passes. Not good.

I’m so annoyed that I fell for this.
Looks legit and I thought I was dealing with Gatwick Airport buying fastrack.
You then unwittingly subscribe to the company and then they charge you.
Avoid at all costs!

Like another user a few days ago .. I thought I was signing up for FastTrack (through Gatwick) and discovered that not only did they take £12 for the wrong date but then also have taken £79 out of my account.

I have emailed for a refund and can only say “buyer beware”!!

I thought it was the FastTrack for the actual airport . It’ll teach me not to rush but I also think that they are very lacking in transparency .

Doesn’t provide QR straight after paying (did t accept credit card the first 2 times but sit on the 3rd). Hence you think you’ve been duped. Only later when you check does a bar code arrival via email. Too late. After the event. And no idea still if it was legit or not. Terrible user experience.

A FastTrack service that creates extra hassle before you even reach the airport.
I paid for a one-off Newcastle Airport FastTrack pass and was told it would arrive “straight away”. The confirmation arrived without the actual pass, leaving me wondering whether I’d received what I’d paid for. The pass eventually became available a few minutes later—but even then, there was no simple PDF attachment. Instead: click a button, visit a website, download the file.
Why make such a basic transaction unnecessarily irritating? Take the payment, email the pass as an attachment, job done. Your current process turns that into a small obstacle course.
The delay was short; the uncertainty and needless fiddling were the problem. For a service selling convenience, that is a remarkably poor first impression. You’ve made me question whether I’ll bother buying it again.

My experience with this firm in clearing up misunderstanding/ confusion is very positive: they readily issued refunds when my issue was understood. Happy to recommend using their services
