Made a purchases and a subscription was deceptively created

They are scammers. I bought a pass for £10. They billed £77.

Be careful! The companies website is misleading when signing up to a single airport fast pass. The only mention is a £79 is in tiny print and says “only £6 to play”.

You are fully entitled to your money back within 14 days, which they refuse to honour. Raise a chargeback dispute with you bank and your money back.

This company has tried to scam money by offering a 3 day trail and then send messages to your junk mail so you don't see them to advance you to a 3 month subscription. Be warned ! They offered a 20% refund on this scam but still they made an easy £64 from a scam!! The only mail that has come to the non spam mail inbox is the refund. It is a total joke, the company should be embarrassed of this kind of practice.

At security check, I told them that I might loose the flight and they kept me on stand by while letting 4 people which were behind me to pass in front of me. They were saying that I will loose the flight. No empathy, no willing to help, nothing.

By buying a fast track they automatically sign you up for a yearly fee that will be charged soon after. I wasn't aware of it and nobody reasonable being in a hurry, buying fast track access, wouldn't read small letters. My bank thought the same and didn't let them charge my card.

Awful company. Bought in a panic
As traffic kept us late for the airport. Took over an hour for the pass to come through. Then charged a £79.99 charge on my card 3 days later.

Disgusting scammers. AVOID !!!
I searched for a fast track pass through my home airport while travelling home. B up can't this link. Yes they got me a pass - for departures, while I was arriving home. Obviously it didn't work...
But THEN three days later, at 20:30 in the evening when they thought I wouldn't notice, they then stole €79 from my account, which I had not authorised.
My female got a refund was obviously ignored.
Shut these scammers down NOW !!!!

Accidentally signed up for 3 months subscription when purchasing single use fast track.

No confirmation received post accidental sign up. No receipt post payment being taken.

Contacted customer services who claim their experience is transparent when the volume of reviews and complaints evidence this is not the case.

Their service is just on the right side of the law to not be classified as a scam. Instead it makes it extremely difficult to understand just what service you are signing up for.

Do not use this company.

I purchased two Fast Track passes for €10 each, €20 in total. That was the purchase I intended to make.
A few days later, I discovered an additional €79 charge on my card and learned that I had apparently been enrolled in a recurring subscription of €79 every three months.
I did not intend to subscribe to a quarterly €79 membership. I simply wanted to purchase two Fast Track passes for €20.
I have now formally requested the immediate cancellation of the subscription and a full refund of the €79. I have also contacted my bank and formally disputed the €79 transaction.
In my experience, the recurring subscription and the €79 charge were not sufficiently clear to me during the purchase process.
I strongly advise customers to read every step very carefully and check their bank account after purchasing a Fast Track through this service.
I will update this review when I receive their response and will state clearly whether or not the €79 has been refunded in full.

Paid for fast track security at Gatwick and didn’t read the very small print on the page saying they would charge me £79 per three months membership fees after three days cooling off.
Seems they can cancel the membership after a week but not refund my subscription.
Seems a very dodgy outfit avoid as they are very underhand in their dealings.

I recieved my 'one time' fast track QR Code after about 10 minutes and it worked well. However, during our flight to UK, our plane was diverted to Amsterdam for a medical emergency. When we got home I noticed an extra payment had been taken with a Netherlands reference. This raised my suspicions so I checked on Trustpilot and found some disturbing reviews. I was also recieving several emails from the company. I did not sign up for an ongoing account but they had automatically signed me up to pay £79 a quarter indefinitely. I contacted my bank and had my card stopped and all future payments to Exec Pass. It's a scam company. Steer clear.

Be very careful when signing up!

What appeared to me to be a normal sign-up resulted in a “3-day free trial” and subsequently a €79 charge to my credit card. I did not knowingly intend to purchase this paid subscription, and I found the way the trial converted into a paid subscription far from clear.

I contacted them immediately on September 29, the day I was charged, asking them to cancel everything and refund the €79.

Two weeks later: still no proper response, no refund confirmation and no satisfactory resolution.

A company that charges €79 after a 3-day trial should at the very least make the conditions clear and respond promptly when a customer disputes the charge.

It's a scam, and I would strongly advise others to pay very close attention before entering any payment details.

Further to my positive review dated 5th October re Fast Track passes at Malaga Airport I now wish to make a further comment - I now find I have been charged a further €79 for a quarterly subscription which Exec-Pass refuse to refund. I have now cancelled further subscriptions. Having contacted the company I have been advised that I should have read the small print ie. the terms and conditions. This is a scam in my opinion. I now plan on making a formal complaint to the relevant authorities. 'Buyer beware' comes to mind!

Be aware of this company, they will not refund your money! I have chased & chased them but no money has been refunded at all, despite finally agreeing to settling with a 50% refund.
Make sure you are aware, they will take £79 out of your account which you're very unlikely to receive back if requested!!
