Exec Pass Arvostelua 

Like many others here, it seems I fell for the same scam as many others. Bought a single fast track pass, just clicked accept T&C in a hurry, where they have added a subscription fee of 79€ after 3 day trial. Been going back and forth with them and they offered me 20% refund and single use fast track pass but I refused their offer cause it's just not right.

Don't recommend to anyone.

Service is garbage they put the wrong flight, wrong time on the booking, I rebooked myself via the official website. Refund me or dont

AVOID AT ALL COSTS SCAM SCAM SCAM
Absolute scam, booked a fast track pass, cost deducted from my account, only to find out this was a subscription service, I think i have now unsubscribed and by the way i never received the fast track pass. Advice, book direct through the airport you are travelling from, same price but guaranteed to receive our pass

This company is running a scam. Firstly, there should be a warning that they are not the official agency for issuing fast-track passes for LGW. Secondly, they do not alert you to the fact that your are not just simply purchasing a pass, but signing up to a subscription. Furthermore the pass did not arrive in time, and we had to make another purchase on LGW official site, with immediate delivery. We requested a refund and did not receive same. Stay away from these folks at all costs.

Excellent use of time and money to have a pass

I don't even know where to start, but similar to other reviews they pay for the top google results for Fast-Track Airport Security passes. You think you're buying direct or an official website. They charge a normal price, but they don't clearly show upfront is that you agree to join their 79 euro per month membership when you purchase the single pass. No emails say that you have signed up to this new membership that will charge 79 euros also.

The Pass I purchased also arrived 4 hours after my flight departed, and after the timeslot I purchased obviously. They ignored any request to refund.

Absolutely horrific company just trying to steal money from travellers and taking advantage that you won't notice all the hidden legal side. Scam, predators.

On 8.10.26 I bought a fast track for my son as the line was too long from Prague airport. The QR code arrived hours later after my sons flight left. So I asked for the refund as he couldnt use it. They wrote me back that they cant refund it because it was used. I have an email with exact time when the QR code arrived. It was few hours late. But OK I lost 8 euro. But today they charged me a subscription of 79 euro which I never subscribed. Why would I as I do not need any fast track as we do not fly that oft. I wrote them so far no answer. I will call my bank and see what I can do about. Maybe the page works but for me this is a big scam, it is not normal that you dont click on any subscription and you have to pay for it with no notice in advance. And I see many people write about it here. I am sorry I didnt check on their page but I was in hurry as my sons flight was in short while and he was worried he will miss it if he cant go through the security.

Total con brought a 3 day trial without it stating 3 days later they take an additional £70 from your bank avoid at all costs total scam!!! Also passes brought did not arrive in enough time to use then unable to download absolutely horrendous company

Scam! You pay 6€ for a fast track. Alter that they take 79€ for abo service. No information before

Easy and simple done in just before checking in.

Signed up for £6 fast track. Without informing me they tried to take £79 subscription. Luckily my bank flagged them as scam. They pay to be at the tol of search engine so you think you’re dealing direct with airport. Beware and avoid
