Awful experience. Online updates were not working, delivery time between 6pm - 9pm, eventually arrived at 9.45pm.

Delivery was to a first floor flat, I was told by the completely unbothered delivery men that upstairs delivery would cost more, but delivery had been organised by the company I purchased with and was not under my control. The two men said nothing just fled and left me with two sofas, an armchair and footstool in the shared entryway of a block of flats at 10 at night.

I had to ask a visiting family member for help and it took over an hour to get them upstairs, it was gone 11pm by the time we had it sorted.

I cannot recommend this service under any circumstances. The delivery men were extremely uncaring and unconcerned about the predicament they left me in.

Great communication from the driver and was a delight to deal with them. Followed instructions and really has restored my faith in couriers after a few bad experiences. Would highly recommend this company.

Although the seller didn't give me the correct information, the bed was dismantled in Essex and driven by the guys to Bournemouth. They delivered to the ground floor and left to head to Birmingham. Not ideal but we coped. Can only thank them for just getting bed here.

They kept me up to date when picking my item up and delivering it to me. They let me know approximate time for delivery. They were polite and friendly and definitely value for money. My item was delivered in good order. I would definitely recommend them to others

From start to finish these were unbelievable. As a frugal (tight arse) Yorkshireman. I asked these to pick up a mahoosive tent from Cornwall and deliver it to South Yorkshire. Not only were they most competitive in price (cheapest)but we're also the quickest. They kept me informed all the way from pick up to drop off. Top top quality service. Would highly recommend
