Exact Delivery Arvostelua

Great experience from start to finish. Once all the details were added (collection address and contact) plus mine I was able to message and myself/seller & courier could all see/reply.
Contact was made 30 mins prior to collection and I (buyer) received a text with an estimated delivery time the night prior to delivery.

Excellent service delivery on time and the lads that delivered it were really nice and helpful. It was delivered carefully and was looked after I’m very pleased with the service and will be using them again

Good communication and delivered exactly when we were advised!

Wonder from start to finish very courteous kept me in touch when near arrival of my delivery would highly recommend

Absolutely excellent service from start to finish. A huge thank you to Leonard and his partner, who genuinely went above and beyond what was expected.

The collection had originally been agreed for the items to be ready on the ground floor, so the drivers were only expected to arrive and collect them. However, the items were still on the first floor, and despite this not being part of the agreed service, Leonard and his partner kindly stepped in and helped me carry the heavy load downstairs.

To make matters worse, I was also around 20 minutes late, which kept them waiting and delayed them further. Despite all of this, they were incredibly patient, understanding, friendly and professional. There were no complaints or bad attitude — they simply got on with the job and did everything they could to help.

They could easily have refused to help with the items upstairs as this wasn't what had been agreed, but instead they went the extra mile and made what could have been a very stressful situation much easier for me.

Outstanding customer service and a genuine 5-star experience. Leonard and his partner are a real credit to the company. I would definitely use this courier company again and highly recommend them. Thank you both!

Exactly what we needed. Responsive, professional and great communication. Good price as well. Will use again.

Very good communication and very pleasant guys polite and prompt

Call the day before with a time window, turned up in the middle of when they said they would, did the job without any damage at all, two man team to boot so carried in through the front door. Perfect.

Both lads where good and help as best they could

Fantastic service, second time I have used these guys. Communication is excellent, three large items of furniture collected and delivered 10 miles on the same day, reassembled on the first floor (I paid for a two man service). Arrived within the two hour delivery slot that was notified the day before. Very good and reliable service. Will definitely use again.

Lovely polite gentlemen & they managed to find us - many don’t!

On time, easy exchange and good communication.
