Evrivent is a scam, I like many Newcastle and Man City fans bought tickets from the site, £108 spent on two tickets for the Carabao Cup, No tickets, No response to emails, no response to message sent from their website, and certainly looks like no refund.
All of the positive reviews on Trust Pilot are fake reviews, Trust pilot should take the positive reviews down because they are bull5h1t.
Trust pilot needs to take some of the responsibility for posting reviews on their site, that are clearly fake.
DO NOT BUY TICKETS FROM THIS WEBSITE IT IS A SCAM

Bitterly disappointed as others bought off this site as was slick advert on Facebook and had fake 18800 so called reviews on trustpilot, I now have 2 upset children who were looking forward to the game. Ive reported this to my card company so hopefully I get a refund. These people are professional operators so trying to reason with them is a waste of time. Hopefully the site will be shut down asap.

I bought tickets to Newcastle vs Manchester City on 3rd January and have only received a confirmation of the order. I’ve heard nothing since after sending several emails. Website guaranteed tickets no later than 72 hours before kickoff and I am yet to receive anything. Their own website states they have a great Trustpilot score yet on this official app it is terrible. Complete scam and will be contacting the bank to get my money back

Evrivent not replying to my emails but taken my money for 3 tickets to watch Newcastle v Manchester City.
I've checked with NUFC staff and seats are lettered in stadium but on my ordered tickets they show numbers!
Less than 72hrs to go and no sign of my tickets...will contact bank/credit card company tomorrow to report fraud!

Within 72 hours and still haven't received tickets! The stress and upset this is causing is needless and abhorrent. You're ruining what should be a very special day for my Daughter's 16th Birthday! Get my tickets to me quicksmart! Knew I shouldn't have trusted you scam lords! Pathetic! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! If the tickets don't arrive what are the odds I'll get my money back!?! 🤔

Terrible, same as everyone on here i guess. Bought tickets for the Newcastle/Man U match and still not received tickets. No response from company!!! Disgusting behaviour when you buy for your family and get your money stolen!

I have purchased 3 tickets for the Arsenal vs Liverpool game for the 8th January. When I found Evrivent on the 26th December I have checked their Trustpilot reviews, and they were all positive. It made me believe that they are legit so I went ahead with the purchase. I didn't think much of it until the 5th January. In the email they stated that as I purchased away tickets, I will receive them via post at least 5 days before the game. I was concerned because that day only 3 days were left. So I emailed them. I got a reply from "Lucy", who offered me refund option if I do not wish to wait for the seat allocation. I was a bit confused about this because I already got seats when I bought the tickets. So I asked for refund. I didn't get any reply for this email but I received another one saying that there was an error on their end and I am entitled for a very generous compensation pack. Which obviously was too good to be true. I originally ordered 3 tickets, now they would offer me 4 free one. And on the top 150% refund. Who would do that? So I went to my bank the same afternoon and reported them. The banking lady assured me there will be an investigation, but she couldn't promise I will get my money back. But a few hours later the money was returned back to me, from the bank. So now I encourage everyone who used this website, report them. You might get your money back. I was also advised by this lady to use credit card for purchases like this.

Bought tickets as a surprise for my sons birthday after Christmas for the forthcoming Man City v Newcastle carabao cup, seen on an advert on face book , premiership tickets , Debited from my account within 2 days of purchase , again thought it was legitimate getting confirmation and reference , any problems we will be in touch within 24 hours of submitting email as yet to receive. Scam company they take your money promise tickets and then they block you and ignore you so they don’t have to give you a refund now I have to break my little boys heart and say he won’t be going to the game

DO NOT BUY FROM EVRIVENT - This is a criminal "Clone Scam" operation designed to steal money from football fans.

After I bought tickets myself for the Arsenal-Liverpool game which didnt turn up, I have conducted a full investigation into this company, and here is the undeniable evidence that proves they are fraudulent so no other football fan gets scammed like I did:

1. PROVEN IDENTITY THEFT (The "Company Cloning" Scam) The footer of their website claims: "Evrivent is a trading name of Go Marquee Ltd, Registered Company Number: 12763037."

The Truth: I checked the UK Government Companies House database. Company 12763037 is indeed "Go Marquee Ltd," but it is a marquee and tent hire business, NOT a ticket agency.

The Scam: Evrivent has simply copy-pasted the registration details of a legitimate, unrelated company to make their website look legal. This is a known fraud tactic called "Company Cloning."

2. FALSE "OFFICIAL" CLAIMS (Lying about Licenses) Their website footer explicitly states they are a "Premier League Licensed Ticket Partner."

The Evidence: I challenged them on this via email. Their support staff ("Lucy") admitted in writing: "Clubs and leagues do not publicly list or endorse secondary ticket providers."

The Contradiction: They lie on their homepage to get your money, then admit they are unauthorized touts when questioned. They are NOT on the Premier League’s official list of authorized sellers.

3. FAKE REVIEWS & STOLEN PHOTOS Do not trust the 5-star reviews on Trustpilot or their website.

The Evidence: If you reverse-image search the photos of their "happy customers," you will find they are stolen from random social media accounts or stock photo sites.

The Manipulation: They flooded Trustpilot with fake positive reviews in late December 2025 to bury the complaints from real victims who never received tickets.

4. THE "GHOST" OFFICE
The Claim: They list their address as "Level 18, 40 Bank Street, Canary Wharf."

The Truth: This is a Regus Virtual Office. They have no staff, no headquarters, and no physical presence. It is a mailing box used to hide their location from police.

LinkedIn: There is zero professional presence for "Evrivent" on LinkedIn—no employees, no founders, no history. Real agencies have staff; scams do not.

5. THE "REFUND" TRAP (Exit Scam) They sell tickets at impossibly low prices (e.g., £70 for Arsenal vs Liverpool) which do not exist. When the match approaches, they send a template email claiming a "technical error" prevented allocation.

The Bribe: They then offer fake "150% compensation" or "Free Tickets" to future matches on the condition that you do not raise a chargeback with your bank. This is a stall tactic to stop Visa/Mastercard from shutting them down while they run off with your money.

VERDICT: This website was created in late 2025 to scam fans. The "cheap" tickets do not exist. The company details are stolen. The reviews are fake. Avoid at all costs and contact your bank for a Chargeback immediately.

Lets shut these criminals down!

I came across this "company" advertised on Facebook. I purchased tickets for the Newcastle United vs Manchester City game as a Christmas present for my husband as we are avid Toon fans. I checked the Trust Pilot reviews before purchasing and at the time it had a good rating of 4.4 stars with lots of 5 star reviews (I realised later they are fake!) so I went ahead. Straight away I received an email confirmation so I was delighted. As time went on, I realised this may be too good to be true as more and more people were stating they had not received tickets and emails were being ignored. I decided to email them asking for a refund stating I had huge concerns about the legitimacy of this company. I received an email back saying they would process the refund after I sent the reference number. I have done this and had no reply.
I have no idea how they have been able to scam so many people. Absolutely disgusting. I will be raising this issue with the fraud team at my bank and hope I can get my money back.

SCAM, THEY ARE COMMITTING FRUD. Purchased tickets for Arsenal vs Liverpool 8 Jan 2026. Did not receive the tickets, they will reply and say wait 72hours before the date of the event. I’ve reported them to the police and my bank. Investigation on the way. Do not fall for the fake positive reviews.

Bit concerned, I have bought 2 tickets to Chelsea Arsenal and now looked at the reviews and they are awful.
