I bought four tickets for NCL vs Man City but still haven’t received them. They’re not responding at all, and it looks like a lot of other people are having the same issue. I’ll be reporting this as fraud first thing tomorrow morning.

Also purchased tickets for the Newcastle vs Man City match tomorrow. Received confirmation email stating tickets arrive at least 72 hours before event. Nothing! Email the company support... no response! Scam! Wouldn't care but I ordered tickets for the Everton game as well. Wounded! Will be reporting this company but can't see what good it will do.

I am one of them people who bean scammed lucky I payed on me credit card there have more then likely sell everyone info on the dark web to by now

My mum was scammed out of £130 for two tickets for a Newcastle game.
This is not a legitimate company! No one replies to you. No refund process!

I bought two tickets for Liverpool vs Barnsley for my husband and son as a Christmas present. They were thrilled! I checked Trustpilot, which had good reviews before Christmas, so I decided to purchase. However, I haven’t received any confirmation yet. I emailed them straight away, and have emailed them every day since, but I still haven’t heard back. The game is on Saturday, so I’m about to call my bank to report a dispute.

I’ve ordered 2 tickets for Chelsea vs Arsenal had nothing in my emails of the tickets this is absolutely unacceptable I’ve spent £108 on 2 tickets been looking forward to the game and had nothing you need to respond ASAP !

Booked tickets for Manchester United vs Manchester city, also booked tickets for newcastle united vs Sunderland, paid over £407 been emailing the company many times , still no reply still awaiting for emails from them however haven't received anything at all. Complete scam of a company DO NOT USE ! I bought these tickets for myself and my children and they have Completely robbed me off £407 , DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY ! Update, did not receive any tickets for the game lost all the money emailed constantly had one email sent from someone called Lucy saying the tickets will arrive 72 hours prior. Tickets did not come at all ! Emailed again but still no response.

Evrivent who list their company reference number and address are fake - the complex reg number is for a completely different company who have zero knowledge of evrivent. When you contact evrivent you get no response at all - it is a scam

We looked to see if this company was legit and seemed official . Looking at these reviews it seems like a lot of people including ourselves has been scammed

Disgusting scambags. Bought 2 tickets on 28/12/2025 for Newcastle v Man City tomorrow night. Got a booking confirmation which looked legit, but still felt uneasy with the lack of communication. These fraudsters haven't just took my money, they've robbed my daughter an experience. And to add insult to injury, my bank has now blocked my card to be on the safe side. So I'm without a bank card for over a week. And on speaking with the box office we're not the only ones to have been duped. Disgusting behaviour

I have been scammed too. No tickets for the Newcastle v Man City on the 13th January. No tickets 72 hours before and contacted email address and nothing !

Scam website don't use. Take your money and don't send tickets

Bought tickets on 28th December for the Newcastle v Man City game. Since then heard nothing, despite them stating tickets would be issued 72 hours before the game. I rang St. James' Park who advised they do not use 3rd party companies for ticket sales. It would appear I've been scammed out of £118.

no tickets 24 hours before event awful customer service says 24\7 yet no chat and only email available which go unanswered if could give zero stars i would just answer and give concerned customers an answer
