Do not use this site I cancelled tickets Lucy at Evrivent as for my order reference number so I sent it but had no reply at all this company need reporting, still advertising tick for all football matches it is a scam.

EVRIVENT IS A SCAM. I made 2 separate purchases 2 and a half weeks in advance for the Arsenal vs Liverpool game for the 8th of January for 7 tickets in total. 3 tickets on my first purchase and 4 tickets on my second purchase. Both purchases on the same day. I made the second purchase because I actually wanted to book for 4 people and not for 3 people. I immediately sent an email on the same day to their support team requesting for a refund for the first 3 tickets I didn't want. I recieved and email saying I would receive a refund for this purchase in 7 days. 10 days went past and no refund was sent. I sent a follow up email to enquire about my refund but I had no response. A day before the match I received and email saying that an error with my 4 tickets was made and I was not going to get the tickets I paid for the match. They offered me a refund with extra money on top. Mind you, they had not yet refunded the first set of 3 tickets for the same match which was now 2 and a half weeks late. My kids where looking forward to watching their first live game but these scammers completely destroyed the day. I have full evidence of everything. These people need to be stopped. PLEASE DO NOT FALL VICTIM TO THESE SCAMMERS.

So I have booked tickets for a match this coming Tuesday for my 8-year-old's Birthday. Newcastle Vs Man City in the cup. I still don't have the tickets and have spent over £350 on tickets. Currently a 1-star, which I will upgrade to 5 if I end up getting them, but I have tried contacting them several times without a response, which is frustrating.

They are doing a lot of Google Ads, Instagram Ads and Facebook ads and can only assume they are letting a lot of people down. I wish I had checked here first

Update. I have now made the police aware of this company. I was meant to be at the game tomorrow at Newcastle Vs Man City and have tried to contact them via The Website, Instagram and X and have got nothing from them. I have also been on the phone with the building where this company is registered, and apparently, they left the building in November 2025.

I have also found the business owner on Companies House, who appears to have various companies, one of which has a personal home address that has also been reported to the police. I am now £360 out of pocket on the tickets, and not only the tickets, but I am out of pocket on train tickets and a restaurant booking I had for a pre-match meal. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING! If any of you have not had a refund (I have not had one yet) I would like to work with you to try and get this back. I can see a few people have been done over for the Newcastle Man City Game. Google my Name, you will find my website and address (Web Developer). Let's get our money back!

The game is this evening, and nothing has arrived. Received another email from "Lucy - Support Agent" at Evrivent saying they will be with me, but they 100% won't be. I have also contacted GoDaddy, their website host, about this, as they seem to be just letting this continue. TikTok and Facebook Ads are still running, which I find unbelievable.

I feel sorry for everyone who has gone through this mess. The world is full of horrible people. Good luck with any refunds people might get. I have pursued both purchases I have made with my bank to see if I can get the money back for my son's birthday present.

Bought my son tickets for Arsenal vs Liverpool match as a birthday present. He was over the moon to see his first ever Arsenal match. Today -24hs before the event- we're told that they can't issue the tickets due to technical issues. The offer of 150% refund and free tickets has SCAM written all over.

Paid for tickets then the day we was ment to receive them they sent email saying cannot provide them have a refund!

Cancelled our tickets arsenal vs Liverpool 24hrs before the match and still waiting for refund. Absolutely terrible site. Do not trust /rely on them

So booked tickets for arsenal v Liverpool game. Found out today- day before match- that there has been a problem and haven’t got tickets!! Have been promised refund and free tickets for another match- no idea of which seats- but we wanted the arsenal Liverpool game. Not good enough!
Tickets are still available on other but much more expensive! Makes me cynical about what happened!!

Trusted this website as the price seemed like a steal for Liverpool vs Arsenal on 8th January. When purchasing the ticket everything seemed very legit, even a confirmation email was issued which gave me some confidence but infact it was too good to be true. After purchasing my ticket on the 30th December, the days rolled by with no communication or promise of delivery as they mentioned so I reached out on the 5th January. I received a response mentioning about allocation of tickets not being dispatched and after following up on the 6th January I received a message assuring me that I would receive my ticket. Today, being the 7th I received the same generic email that others have received saying I would receive 150% refund and 4 free tickets.

Word of advice to anyone to anything thinking to use this company, use your brain and don’t use waste your time

It’s a scam don’t use lost my money now going through bank

I bought a ticket for the Arsenal vs Liverpool game last week. Unfortunately, I did my research after purchasing (my mistake) and had some concerns, so I emailed their customer service team.

To my surprise, they responded promptly and reassured me that the ticket was genuine and would be sent via email prior to the match. Despite lingering doubts, I decided to trust this reassurance.

However, this morning I received an email stating that there has been an issue and the ticket can no longer be issued. I’ve been told I will receive a full refund plus an additional 50% for the inconvenience, and that I have also been allocated four free tickets to another Arsenal match of my choosing.

At this stage, I’m leaving a 2-star review. I will update this review accordingly once the refund has been received and -if- the promised free tickets are actually issued.

I emailed EvriVent yesterday but no response back, I have started the process with my bank to get my money back as it's clear this is a scam. If it looks too good to be true, it normally is! Lesson learned.

SCAM !!!! I bought tickets for 8 January 26 Liverpool vs Arsenal and the ticket was cancelled and never received the money back ! Stay away from this SCAMMER

Been told a day before a football event that they cannot send the tickets. I have paid £150 for train tickets and £120 for a hotel that are non refundable. This was a bucket list event for me and I’m furious. Disgusting.

I got an email this morning saying they cannot fulfill the Arsenal versus LFC order and they are sorry.

Bizarrely, they are now "offering refunds" of 150 percent under the provision of not doing back charges for 100 percent of any money spent. However, these refunds will take 7-10 days. In addition, they are offering 4 "free tickets" for future LFC games this season. It's very clear none of this is real is is likely being done to avoid back charges from banks.

If you check "companies house" it list "Miss Megan Elizabeth Smith" as the person who set up Evrivent LTD on 15 December 2025. She's apparently 24 years old. Whether this is a real person or not remains to be seen. I've been receiving email responses from someone called "Lucy".

The website also lists over 18,000 trust pilot reviews? There are barely 80 at the time of writing.

Wouldn't even give them a 1....SCAM

They're probably scammers, report it to your bank and you'll get your money back, then they'll promise everything, but you're just pushing the problem away. Ticket never arrive(d)

If something seems too good to be true it usually is, Arsenal vs Liverpool tickets £63? No chance, did not show up and now they are offering 150% refund 🤣 as if… do NOT use this company. If you have already, report them.
