It was good overall with some points to improve. Why haven't I gotten the page to upload the passport and recent photo before payment? Second, on the page where I am asked where I would be most of the time, below it there is "Residential address". It is not understood if you ask for my address back home, or the address of the hotel where I am going to stay in England.

Process was simple and straightforward. Very good and clear interface. Only thing not good is, that the application is already 'sent' with the payment, even if the attachment of a passport picture is mandatory - and after submitting the picture, there is no 'all clear' -type of message / feedback given. A bit perplexing.

This was my first time applying for an eTA and the process is fairly straightforward. I did have some issues with submitting a payment and it would have been nice if they had listed all the things that would be needed prior to starting the process, so I could make sure I had everything ready.

The auto fill in doesnt work it resets all fields, this is to be looked after, but if the form is filled in normally by hand, it works. Not sure why I had to go back and upload my passport photo, as I believe I didnt miss it in the first place and my residence address the same, not sure where I missed it. Other than that all good.
