I am back with an update that even though Evisalegal never provided me with what I needed they will no reimburse me. They deliberately ran out the clock so that I never could receive the visa I needed before my trip. I strongly advise people to not use Evisa Legal. You are overpaying for a service that might not work. Always go to the the government website of any country you need a VISA for. It's a gamble if you are going to get what you need but they will 100% overcharge you either way. I am a real person and highly doubt any reviews praising this company based on my experience.

process was fairly straightforward and easy to follow

I must have missed the requirements of uploading images (which I did find strange) until after payment. Now I am stuck in limbo awaiting proper images from my travel-mates. Just a glitch, most likely user error, but possible a need for a different code-flow from personal info to photo uploads to payment.

Very UX/UI friendly website and form

It was difficult to find where to put all the info in. I wound up paying twice.

Update (July 27): Evisa Legal responded to my Trustpilot review and asked me to contact support evisalegal email address. The email address does not even accept incoming emails- every message I sent in the past was rejected!!
I originally emailed them on July 17, within minutes of making the payment, requesting that my visa application be cancelled before any processing began. I also submitted multiple cancellation requests through the website's contact form, clearly asking them not to proceed.
If Evisa Legal is operating transparently and in good faith, they should had honoured my immediate cancellation request but they chose to ignore it completely and asked me to respond to email address that doesnt even work! Unable to attach failed delivery copies here!

I tried to canceling the application within 10 minutes as service charge was something I didn't agree on. The site mentions: "Refunds can only be requested 24 hours after payment." and based on feedback / reviews after 24 hours they don't entertain cancelation. The site is charging $127 / person service fee for a visa that is free :) What a scam!!

Instructions was real clear and I enjoyed filling IT my EAT APPROVAL APPLICATION. THANKS GUYS FOR IMPROVING EAT APPLICATION.

Easy to use and easy to find the information

Evisalegal is bullshit and completely unnecessary to use. I was stupid enough to use it myself because I wasn’t paying enough attention.
I simply Googled “ETA visa England,” and Evisalegal came up. The website looked clean, professional, and official, so I filled in the information I was asked for and was then taken to the payment page. I paid more than £200 for two people because I didn’t actually know what it was supposed to cost.
However, when I was asked to fill in all the remaining information afterwards, such as passport numbers, photos, addresses, and so on, I became suspicious. I then discovered that the official website is gov.uk, where it costs only £40 for two people.
So DO NOT use Evisalegal. In my opinion, it is borderline fraudulent and completely pointless to pay them five times more than it costs on gov.uk. It is the same application, takes the same amount of time, and is just as easy to complete.
