It's a SCAM!!

It's a SCAM!!! They ask me to pay 69 eur. for tourist visa going to Australia and later I find out that this type of visa is FREE! More - I ask for tourist visa, but they applied business visa (I don't know why). I did't get visa, so I ask for refund, but they were sending me virtual assistant's answers, zero real connection and help and, of course, I lost money. The funniest thing is, that even here they answer with autoreply! If you need visa to Australia, go directly to authorities - immi.homeaffairs.gov.au and create ImmiAccount. It's simple and LEGAL.

complete scam

there was no pricing, just an option to pay. i accidentally clicked through as my laptop has my card details saved, and so was charged £70 for a free visa!! once i requested a refund, they charged me an £8 fee!! a total scam avoid at all costs

Mostly simple

Most of the process is simple and explained well. But the site doesn't show you clearly, what information it does not accept.In my case it was die gmail email adress that was a problem.
After changing the contact informationto my other host, it went smoothly
