This company is brilliant, I had an issue with my electric phase There was an error on the street and needed to be the breakdown department I called however with the language barrier as I do not speak fluent Spanish, I called and spoke with Marga and Tracey and they were amazing to me, helped me with everything and got my issue sorted. I have been living in Spain now for nearly three years and although studying Spanish I still struggle horrendously with communications with any of the local services and companies that rarely if ever respond or communicate in English.
I had several questions recently for Evergreen as I have recently added Solar to my house. I struggled even with the installation company to receive my certifications and allow me to get my contract with Evergreen updated. I reached out directly to Evergreen to ask for your assistance and was responded to by Tracey. I cannot thank her enough for all of her clear communications and help in regards to getting my contract updated and getting my invoices properly explained so that I can maximise the benefits of the solar and undertsand what my returns are from Evergreen

The various parties involved (builder, distributor, electrician, ...) know that she is a determined and feisty woman. The fact that she also speaks English makes it much easier for non-Spanish speakers to deal with her. Great job, very much appreciated.

English speaking company. Easy to deal with
It is not easy to find someone who can speak English. Therefore it was hard to understand the proces as it is different to where I am from.
The application process with Evergreen was smooth and easy. Margarita supported our application from day one till the end. Here English is amazing she even helped me to translate what I wanted from electricians who came to install the meter.

Evergreen provide customer service as it used to be with staff who have Engish as a first language.
After battling with Iberdrola to speak to anyone or get anything done Tracey helped us top move to Evergreen. Dealing with her patient & helpful ways she guided us through the transfer and seems to be our allocated customer service rep.
Dealing with the electricity in a holiday home really shouldn't be as difficult as others make it and Evergreen have made it so much easier than it was

I was satisfied with Evergreen right from the start, their online office was easy to use so I always knew where I stood with my bills, and everything was in English so great for an expat like me!
