Marga is the best customer service you can get!
As a non-spanish speaking customer to Endesa it is practically impossible to get support in English. After waiting 3 months to get the electricity started up in our new home we needed to change something and then tried to solve the now very serious issue with Evergreen - and what a great decision that was! After sending an interest message from their website, Marga (Margarita) immediately contacted us, in perfect English, and we started to communicate via WhatsApp almost right away. Marga did a fantastic job in supporting us towards Endesa and was the key reason we finally had our electricity turned on almost 3 months after we started the process. I would more than highly recommend Evergreen and will be forever grateful for their simple and professional support through Marga and her colleague Josefina (when Marga took a few days off - well deserved!).
