Excellent service
I recently received an offer from Evergreen of a small financial reward (offset against my bill) if I recommended a potential new customer to them. I was already a customer via my rental apartment but was a customer of Iberdrola for my main residence. Having experienced a number of problems with Iberdrola I therefore asked if I could take advantage of their offer by using the account referring to my rental apartment to recommend switching my main residence to Evergreen and the answer was positive. The service provided by Tracey in switching from Iberdrola to Evergreen was excellent and I would strongly recommend Evergreen as an electricity service provider.

I recently switched from Endesa
I recently switched from Endesa, as the bills were ridiculous and attempting to get any help from their customer service was impossible. I contacted Evergreen and immediately was assisted by Margarita who explained everything in full and sorted everything out for me. We could chat on the phone, on whatsapp or via e mail, nice and easy. Margarita is an absolute breath of fresh air, Evergreen are extremely lucky to have her on their team. Thankyou Margarita. X
