Have contacted the company pany at least 4 times regarding the fact that I had never received the product I had ordered. I ordered directly from Eveloria. No one from Eveloria has ever reached out to me. I am going to report the charge as a fraud and will never be ordering from Eveloria again

Don’t Order
Ordered mine, but didn’t receive my orders. They have the tracking number and says I received them already. They have the email for support for any questions, sent my order number telling them my dilemma, but the email came back as not sent. Spent $65 for nothing! Going to dispute this on my credit card and hoping for the best.

Can't get through to anyone here. The email address they tell everyone to sends an error saying it doesn't exist and they haven't contacted me when I put two requests on their website. Worst of all... they don't accept DMs through IG.
This seems like a scam now.

Eveloria tumeric and koji pads
I ordered the tumeric and koji pads. I then saw that they had been using an AI likeness of a well known IG dermatologist. I felt so stupid for buying them and they are expensive. I had already tried them and could see that they were just pads in some sort of solution ((not sure what). I have contacted the company many times to get a refund/return based on their money back guarantee. They would respond but tell me they can not take products back based on personal beliefs. After several emails challenging them to honor their website return policy they replied I could return it without the necessary information to do this. They have not responded to my email regarding the process to return.
