Run, don’t walk away from this company. Charged my card last month for an order I placed yet never received product. Upon tracking my order through their site, I discovered my order number doesn’t exist. I’m attempting to dispute the charge, fingers crossed.

FAKE Tracking number - Never Delivered - we have 24hr Concierge on duty. We checked all security cameras and no delivery was made the day and time they claim.

Scam. Never received package. Their customer service says package was delivered 1/22/2025. Gave me a fake tracking number. Do not buy from this sham of a company.

Can I give zero stars?! Never received product and cannot email company because the emails get bounced back. I have stopped receiving adds after purchasing the product. Very much a scam.

I purchased in early January and never received the product, even though THEIR records show that my package was delivered.
Tracking the package was a maze of twists and turns and no valid confirmation that the package was delivered, other than because they said so...
The link to contact customer support and email address referenced in their confirmation were links that went nowhere.
I ended up going directly to the site and filed a complaint, they replied that my order was delivered and offered their congratulations on my purchase. I replied that I did not receive my order and I never heard from them again.
I filed a dispute with my bank and was able to get my money back.
I did some research after the fact. Here's what I found out.
1. This company is posting deep fake AI ads on social media. One from a dermatology influencer who confirmed that he does not endorse this product.
2. They are not accredited by the Better Business Bureau and have an F rating for customer service.
I don't know if this has always been a scam, or if they really were shipping products at one time.
I see so many folks on social media giving testimonials and reviews of how amazing the product is.
My advice to anyone purchasing things they see on social media... trust, but verify!

I placed an online order on 1/5/25. Tracking shows a package shipped from China and “delivered” to my city on 1/27/25 — but as of 2/16/25 the package still has not arrived.

I figure at this point, it’s a complete loss since their published email bounces and there is no other way to contact them.

I would not recommend this company to others.

I keep getting charged monthly and have never received any product!!!!

Never received my product ordered on 1/24/25. Asked for refund. There email is a fake.

SCAM!! Do not order. They will reply to your email and let you know the package was delivered. The tracking they gave me was to another state and was delivered the day before I ordered the product on 1/7/2025???

I am entering a message here because Eveloria has not responded to my Contact Us inquiries. Today is 2/11/25 and I ordered on 1/23/25. Not sure why I can't get a status of my order.

My wife ordered product from this company but they never delivered.
No phone number to follow up with customer service and their email bounced. BBB rated F - better business bureau says they received to many complaints. My opinion is not to order from this company or do so at your own risk. Based on our experience and opinion it’s probably a scam website.

They are a scam company, ordered Jan 10th and has been in shipped status for 20 days, tried contacting them multiple times and no response. I contacted my bank and got the charge reversed on my card. Don’t order from them, one big scam!

Scam!! Never received my order and no one has gotten back to me in 6 weeks!! Unbelievable!! I’m shocked since the YouTube dermatologist were promoting them ( who I liked ) but now I’m not sure who’s on the up and up. Furious !!!!

Total Scam!!! I was emailed 3 separate times stating my order was on the way and ultimately delivered. Never received, unable to contact the company via email,phone... payment made!! Contacting bank to try and get money back!! Investigation into this begun

It is a scam. Unable to contact company via email or phone. I did receive product however they signed me up on monthly subscription which i did not authorize.
I had to file claim to stop charges with my bank.

Paid for it they sent tracking number but after 3 weeks I checked tracking and no order found so sent email and have not replied. Stay away

I received a confirmation that my order was received and shipped. Using their website I provided order and tracking numbers. Could not find phone number for customer service. NO Response from Eveloria.

Not sure they even deserve a 1-star rating. REALLY wish I had read these reviews before I placed my order.
After seeing a video with a VERY reputable dermatologist promoting this product and all its benefits, I was moved to place an order for the turmeric pads on Jan. 5, 2025. Today is Feb. 3, 2025. Product has not been delivered. No update/communication from company at all about the delay. I have reached out to the company a couple times. No response.
I have tracked my order multiple times. There seem to be 2 different tracking platforms that I have been forwarded/redirected to. One indicated the item is still in the “ready” phase. The other (which I no longer see/get redirected to) showed a more detailed tracking of the item leaving China, arriving in LA, onto SF, then to my local area and being delivered. It wasn’t. Wasn’t in my locked mailbox nor in my (unlocked) gated patio.
Starting to think I too got scammed…not by the dermatologist, but by the company. :(

Scam. Ordered two packs of the pads and they never came. When I click the tracking link it says order could not be found. When I email them, emails bounce back. Will now have to dispute the charge with my bank. Huge scam do not order and report them!
