Ordered and credit card charged. Tracking says items were delivered and THEY WEREN’T!! Tried to contact customer support via email and bounced back as undeliverable!! Contacted my bank and now being investigated. BEWARE!! TOTAL SCAM!!

1. I placed an order for 2 bags of the tumeric pads, not realizing that it was a subscription. The pads did not foam like the videos on line, but I didn't think much about it until the 2nd month's supply arrived (I then cancelled the subscription because I didn't need this many pads; I figured if they worked, I could start a new subscription). I then realized that the first 2 bags I had received were defective because the 2nd two bags foamed up nicely.
2. I emailed customer service twice about replacing the defective bags; have never heard from them.
3. I have used the product for 6 weeks. I see no improvement in my dark spots. So, I would not recommend this product.

I never received my order. According to my shipping info, it claims it was delivered 1/21/25. Clearly it wasn’t delivered to me. I’ve tried to contact them and have not been successful, no one responds

Tried to check out with my purchase. Got a message that there was an issue with my credit card so I did not continue. 3 days later I discovered that my credit was charged however, I never received a confirmation for the order. Therefore no tracking number. I tried contacting eveloria 3 times and no response. 😡

This is a scam, DO NOT BUY! They don't send the product and customer service emails bounce back.

Placed my order on January 4th and I still have not received it (today is 1/29/25). The tracking in the website says “not found”, emails to their customer service email bounce back, and they do not respond to the “contact us” form on their website. Complete scam. Do not trust!

The product arrived but the lid wasn't on tight so the product leaked all through the package. By the time it arrived in Australia there was nothing in the bottle. I took photos that day to show it. No refund received. Will never order from them again. So annoying.

The items never arrived.

Ordered on 1/3/2025, credit card charged, and still have not received my order. The tracking says it qas at my town USPS, but is somehow now out of my State at neighboring State's distribution center. Suspect for sure!
Reading others posting here, looks like this is likely a scam. Canceled recurring orders and will be reporting to my credit card as fraud. Email to support bounced back, so tried the info email. We will see if they respo d.

This company is a scam. Do not order from them. I ordered January 8th. Tried to track my order but it says order number doesn't exist. There is no phone number to call and the emails I sent never get a reply. I am now afraid because they have my CC information. They say they have great customer service will help with anything 24/7 but there is no one to get a whole of or talk to and emails do not get answered. Beware People, I was fooled too!

Placed order in Jan 6th and my cc was charged the amount but I never received an order confirmation. Tried reaching out thru their website but no response. Tried emailing them only to have my email bounce back.

We ordered product via their site on Jan 15th. Tracking order doesn't work. Contact email doesn't work. It bounces. Contact request on website doesn't generate a reply.

Ordered and immediately learned that they faked endorsement of a credible doctor- within 10 minutes of order, i emailed and asked to cancel my order. They replied 2 days later and told me they could not do that because it has already shipped. Well here I am almost FOUR weeks later and when i check my tracking it says order ready to ship. I emailed them again saying that their previous email to me as untrue as the order STILL has not shipped... the email bounced back because the email did not exist anymore.. I will do everything in my power to let everyone know how much of a scam this "company" is.
I want a refund and I will hunt them down.
Eveloria if you are reading this- I could hire my 90 yr old grandmother with alzheimer's to run better customer relations better than what you are doing now.

Total scam. Do not order. They will take your money and not send anything and your becomes non existent in their site. Try to email them and the email address is bad.

I placed an order and 3 weeks later still have not received evaloria tumeric pads. The tracking number and site only state it was shipped on Jan 6th with no further updates. I have emailed customer support multiple times for further information on my order with no reply back ( which it does state you will receive a reply within 24 hrs). No number to contact anyone. I guess I will have to request refund from my credit card for product not delivered. Please be careful ordering from this site.

Fraud..steals others content. I thought it was endorsed by someone I follow but they stole his face. Made a mistake and accidentally ordered. Company refused to answer my msg. Emailed support and put in a contact. Not a single reply. Finally weeks later got a reply. I replied “I except you to honor the cancellation as I contacted you within 30mins of ordering and it states that on your website.” Now they have blocked me

I have not received my order. Contacted the support email at

and got an undelivered reply saying that the email doesn’t exist. Went to the website and also wrote a comment but not looking hopeful.
The email with the tracking number said the tracking number doesn’t exist.
I’m going to say this is a scam and try to get the money back. I know a long shot.
