I reserved a parking service from parkos, it all went smoothly. However the parking service people turned out to be FRAUD! They say the car will be parked in a space with 24/7 security camera and guard, was total lie. Pick up and drop off (to the airport nd from the airport) was not "in 10 minutes" like they advertised, it was 30 minutes to the airport and 2 hours from the airport. I will write another review for their service itself. I know it is not parkos liable here.

The open air car park is located a very short distance away from the airport terminal. Sat nav to find the car park is accurate.
Transfer to the airport by minibus is rapid with very little waiting around, collection is from the same drop off point and was also quick and efficient.
The car park itself is unpaved and quite dusty with a steep kerb to access the entrance. staff are on hand to guide you to a car parking space. once parked up, you keep your car keys.
The car park offers great value for money, if I was to use again, I would take a cheap car cover to protect the car from dust and approach the car park entrance with care.
If you arrive or leave after midnight, there is a 5 euro surcharge per person as stated in the terms and conditions.

The guys running it are really nice but the communication regarding drop off and pick up needs to be clearer - the confirmation says drop off at departures but then reading down it’s an outside location and they drop you in - pick up on return was equally confusing - I was grateful I spoke a bit of French - nice team but instructions of the most important aspects of the service need to be clearer for future customers

I mistakenly selected the wrong week when booking my parking, but they were able to accommodate. I very much appreciated their understanding and flexibility. The only problem was when I returned, the couldn't find my key and it took us over 20 minutes looking through all the boxes to find it. Note for next time: take a picture of the key and tie something very bright to the key so it's easy to find in a big box of may keys that all look the same.

Good service. Fair price

The parking was easy to find. The procedure to leave the care straightforward. The shuttle van fast to take in both directions. All in all a very good service.

Excellent customer service. Ability to communicate in English, which is very convenient. The shuttle picked us up after about 10 minutes of waiting. The parking is open-air, which isn’t ideal, but the price is great. Personally, I was satisfied with everything.

The parking was near Brussels Charleroi Airport.
The man from the parking was really unfriendly and forced us to pay an extra fee of 10 € even though everything was paid. However the car looked the same when we came back and no damages. So the basic task was performed so 2 stars

Great value for money parking. It's only 5 minutes drive to the airport, pick-up and drop-off verry efficient and quick. Great service all round. Will definitely use again.
