I chose the valet option and it made my experience a lot easier and convenient.

The open-air car-park is located at a short distance (10 minutes transfer included in price) away from the Düsseldorf airport terminal, but we drove past the car-park two times, didn't see the entrance well. A big sign/plate with 'PARKOS 9' would help to find the car-park more easy!!
Transfer to the airport by minibus went fast, with a friendly driver and little waiting time around, return-pick-up from the same drop-off point (entrance 10 at the airport) went also quick, efficient (in the chaos at the airport) and again with a very friendly driver on the phone/in the bus.
The car-park itself is unpaved and quite dusty, and you have to search for a free spot. Once parked up, you keep your car keys.
The car-park offers great value for money, we wilI use it again!

Very little wait, around 10 minutes for the shuttle at the airport. Overall good service and close location to the airport.

I used shuttle parking at Relaxpark GmbH, Kieshecker Weg 128, 40468 Düsseldorf for a business travel of only 4 days. However, in my absence, the car was driven over 46 km and car air freshener was spilled over. I wouldn't recommend parking at Relaxpark.

All the process was very smooth. However when I got my car back, tires were muddy and car itself seemed dusty too. I can’t tell if they’re really parking indoors.

The service at Parkos parking was very good. I was in a rush to catch my plane on time, and because of the quick service I was able to make it in time. When I got back, the shuttle picked me up right away. Definitely recommend this firm for long term parking!

Great service, location and value for money

We parked our vehicle in the secure MyParken parking facility in Stuttgart from April 11, 2026 to April 24, 2026, during our trip to Vietnam.
When we picked up the vehicle on April 24, 2026, at around 10:00 p.m., we noticed scratches on the front right side.
We immediately reported this damage on site to the parking staff, and then again later that same evening by email. As we were unable to communicate properly due to the language barrier, I confirmed the situation by phone the following day.
I was told that we would receive a response within the week.
We will see what happens next.

Nous avons réservé sur ce site et payer sur place. Arrivée à l’aéroport. Le valet n’est jamais venu récupérer la voiture. Nous avons dû trouver un parking d’urgence à côté de l’l’aéroport.
