What exceptional Customer Service!
My husband and I were so impressed with the exceptional service we received when we visited the Birmingham showroom last month. They were very respectful, patient and friendly, and were so knowledgeable about all of their mobility products. Mo was so supportive and understanding as to my specific needs and went above and beyond our expectations. There was no pressure put on us to buy a product from them on our visit, even though they’d spent a long time demonstrating different models to find the ideal one for me and which matched my needs. I have since chosen to purchase an electric wheelchair from them and was once again shown excellent customer service by Mo. He is definitely a credit to ETech Mobility!

An excellent company.
We bought an electric wheelchair from Etech some months ago, and it is brilliant. Half the price of a shop, and the chair is well made and easy to use. We were so pleased we bought a simple chair, lightweight, for hospital visits and the like, and yesterday the belt clip broke. I emailed Etech, and a replacement is on the way. You cannot fault this company for helpfullness, their friendly emails, and the after sales service is second to none.

For us, after-sales service is every bit as important as the original purchase, so your comments about our helpfulness, friendly communication and ongoing support mean a great deal.

Fantastic Service
I bought a wheelchair from Etech 24months ago. It has been fantastic from delivery. Any time that I have had a query (how to service, etc.), the team have been brilliant. No problem too small and show incredible patience, walking me through how to tighten a nut, etc.
It’s so rare to get such great service in this day and age. They deserve their high trustpilot score.
