I placed an order for a rollator, hadn't realised it was a preorder item. I contacted Etech by WhatsApp. They couldn't have been any more helpful! They changed the item to a similar stock item, at no extra cost & despatched the same day. They were wonderful! They couldn't have been any more helpful, kind & professional & I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. A lot of companies could learn from this level of customer service. Thank you Etech.

Jethro at Glasgow Branch was extremely helpful and spent as much time with as ss we needed. Nothing was too much trouble.
I had researched the model of chair that I required and was able to directly compare it with similar models offered by other mmanufacturers; the prices were a little more expensive but the promised after care made up for the difference,

We ordered a wheelchair i emailed to say it was wrong size they never even looked at their email i hsd to phone them up to arrange a return which was supposed to be today but no-one has collected it my dad is terminally ill...its atrocious!!

We completely understand how important it was to have the return handled promptly, especially given your father's circumstances. We're sorry that your initial email wasn't addressed as quickly as it should have been and that FedEx failed to attend the scheduled collection. This is certainly not the level of service we aim to provide.
Following the missed collection, we arranged for the wheelchair to be collected the following day and refunded your courier fee as a gesture of goodwill. While we're pleased we were able to resolve the collection issue, we recognise that this doesn't take away from the inconvenience and unnecessary stress you experienced.
Please accept our sincere apologies once again. We appreciate your feedback and will use it to help improve our communication and returns process. We wish you and your family all the very best during this difficult time.
I found Etech Mobility amazing…
I found Etech Mobility had an amazing choice of quality products. I purchased my electric wheelchair from the website which was easy to navigate and straightforward to purchase. Before I purchased I contacted Etech with a few questions I needed clarification on, I got a very informative reply quickly which answered my questions. Wheelchair arrived quickly and was well protected for transit, unboxing was straightforward with very little assembly required. I cut the front of the box and it was easily removed. The instructions were excellent but Etech Mobility also have an excellent after sales service. I was contacted and asked if everything was ok with my wheelchair, I didn’t need technical support but I know other reviews have said it is excellent if needed.
I bought the red freedom pro with the leather seat option and it’s very snazzy and sporty looking. It’s very comfortable and I feel very safe in it. It can move really quickly in top speed and is very responsive, I got the hang of it very quickly! It’s also easy to manoeuvre indoors. I’m extremely pleased with my purchase and I know my new wheelchair will give me some of my independence back. I highly recommend Etech Mobility, they give an excellent service and sell quality products. Five stars all the way!

Friendly and efficient.
After eight months using my powerhouse of a wheelchair, the left drive wheel suddenly failed. I got in touch with Etech, and was able to bring the chair in for a same-day fix. Mo was waiting outside when I arrived, so I didn’t even need to get out of the car. Half an hour later, he returned with my chair back in working order, having replaced the motor. Service was prompt and courteous, and Etech followed up by email to check all was well. Very happy!

I purchased a Power chair which arrived…
I purchased a Power chair which arrived promptly and more than meets my expectations I also ordered a luxury cushion and frame cover, which looks lovely unfortunately I’ve found that the horizontal bar which can be used to push the chair makes it uncomfortable to sit in the chair for a long time asthe bar is positioned inline with my shoulderblades, but I am 5ft 3” tall , Any taller it wouldn’t be an issue. the chair drives well on grass and on Firm sand enabling me to join my family on the beach for the first time in years. the joystick that directs the chair is extremely sensitive but it only took a few trips out for me to master this.

I have had the unit for a little while…
I have had the unit for a little while now and been able to take myself off for appointments that would have cost a lot in using my walker and time wasted waiting on buses. Now bus stuff is going to take some getting used to. Driver error on my part going back wards. But the chair is definitely 5stars and I have had other wheelchair uses ask me about the handling and the like

I bought powechair lights from Etech, the 1 that plugs into the joystick is good, very bright but the back lights seem to be a bit 'dodgy' they turn off on their own.
