Vi racconto la mia esperienza con il trapianto di capelli (tecnica DHI).

Da qualche anno pensavo seriamente al trapianto, a causa di una stempiatura che non mi piaceva più. Cercavo una soluzione definitiva, e alla fine mi sono deciso.

📅 Il 10 novembre 2024 ho fatto il trapianto a Istanbul.
I giorni prima dell’intervento ero un po’ in ansia, ma vi consiglio di cercare di restare tranquilli e, soprattutto, di dormire bene la notte precedente: arrivare riposati fa davvero la differenza.

📌 Mi hanno trapiantato 4200 bulbi.
Ho scelto di fare l’anestesia senza sedazione (con un costo extra di 100€). Qualche fastidio iniziale si sente, ma poi l’anestesia fa effetto e il dolore sparisce quasi del tutto. Se volete evitare ogni sensazione fastidiosa, valutate la sedazione.

⏱️ L’intervento è durato in totale circa 6 ore:

3 ore per l’estrazione

30 minuti di pausa

3 ore per l’innesto dei bulbi

Post-operatorio:
1ª notte: difficile dormire, un po’ di dolore, ma con l’antidolorifico si sta decisamente meglio.

2°-3° giorno: gonfiore evidente (quasi "deformato"), ma nessun dolore, solo un aspetto estetico poco piacevole.

4° giorno: il gonfiore inizia a calare visibilmente.

9°/10° giorno: via tutte le crosticine con il lavaggio delicato dei capelli.

20° giorno: inizio del “shock loss” (caduta temporanea dei capelli trapiantati, normale nel processo).

39° giorno (oggi 19/12/2024): sembra che lo shock loss si sia fermato. Non noto più capelli cadere durante lo shampoo. Ne ho persi circa 2/3, ora aspetto la fase di ricrescita. Aggiornerò la recensione più avanti.

15/04/2025 Sono passati 5 mesi ed il risultato devo dire che è quasi perfetto, il momento peggiore è stato gennaio dove i capelli effettivamente erano peggiori rispetto al pre trapianto. Ad oggi nessuno si accorgerebbe che io abbia avuto problemi di calvizie, in teoria sono a quasi metà del risultato e ritengo che il risultato valga tutti i soldi spesi. Il prossimo aggiornamento lo farò magari d'estate.

⭐ Le 5 stelle sono per il rapporto qualità-prezzo.
Nel mio pacchetto era incluso:

Hotel con colazione (non di lusso, ma assolutamente dignitoso per il prezzo).

Pranzo in clinica il giorno dell’intervento.

Trasporti da/per aeroporto e clinica (puntuali e senza problemi).

Intervento svolto con professionalità: equipe gentile e preparata, esperienza nel complesso positiva anche se non si tratta di una passeggiata.

Assistenza continua da parte di Xhovana, presente prima, durante e dopo: sempre disponibile a rispondere a ogni dubbio.

Traduttrice presente durante l’intervento: passava ogni 30/60 minuti a controllare che fosse tutto ok. (Personalmente riuscivo a comunicare tranquillamente anche in inglese con il team.)

Kit post-operatorio incluso (farmaci, shampoo, schiuma): unico consiglio, magari fornirlo in una confezione più strutturata, con istruzioni chiare.

Ho acquistato anche il kit avanzato da 200€ con shampoo, lozione, olio, biotina e vitamine – mi sembra di buona qualità.

Incluso anche un trattamento PRP subito dopo l’intervento.

🔚 In sintesi, sono soddisfatto della mia scelta.
Ovviamente ogni esperienza è soggettiva, ma se state valutando questa opzione, spero che la mia testimonianza vi sia utile!

They LIED, SCAMMED AND THREATEN me!!!!
Before contracting I asked many questions, specially if the same Doctor that would have the first conversation and mark my head would be the same as the one to make my surgery. I didn’t want it to be done by assistants. The answer was clear : "Same doctor will talk to you, draw the lines and do the surgery, Mr Saulo!"
The opposite is exactly what happend! ASSISTANTS DID MY SURGERY!!! And also different people did talk to me and then others did my transplant. 3 different people. And the translator, 5 minutes insude the room.
The real Doctor came a couple of times during surgery for less than 2 minutes and didn’t speak to me at all.
Nothing personal about my transplant. I was just another number on the table.
I wanted transplant specially the Front Line but they said I needed some transplant also in the Crown. So, On my quote they said I would have to get between 3500/4000 crafts and my surgery was 2600 crafts (no price discount due to that, of course).
Front line seems to be ok but my crown is still with the same hole as before. They did a little bit in there but almost nothing.
Workers (I cant call them doctors) all use their phones during the procedure (really?).
I also had some issues with my transfer and, in the hotel they put me in (Golden Way) my room window didn't close properly, safe box was broken, shower flooded, etc.
The only hope I have now is that the front line transplant works. But that is going to take over 6 months to the outcome. So lets pray!

NOW THE BEST PART:
Day after surgery, I gave all my feedback in the clinic (to ISABEL, fake name - the person in charge to sell you more stuff), and SHE did nothing. After placing my HONEST review here, the assistant (BRUNA, fake name of course) called me threatening me to DELETE my review or they would stop giving me any pos surgery information from now on, and thats what happened. And on top of it she said: "HOPE IS FOR PEOPLE IN THE CHURCH".
EVEN Showing her on the whatsapp conversations with "print screens", she dissimulates and keep saying that the Crown part was never included in the treatment mentioning things about the donor area. (I wish I could post the conversation here).

I request 1/3 refund of what I paid due to this LIE and due to them not make the treatment they SOLD to me.
Sure they wont do it because Scam is also their activity.

I WAS SCAMMED and I WILL ONLY DELETE THIS REVIEW WHEN I HAVE MY PARTIAL REFUND.

I just done hair trasplant in turkey and everything went well.
Was my first time fly (into foreign country) so i had a lot of doubts in the beggining but "Mimoza" (medical adviser) was always available to help-me (in whatsapp), i felt secure to proceed with this adventure.
Everything was according to planned.
The drivers, doctors, medical assistants all very king to me.
Mission accomplished when i come to portugal with new look. :)

Everything was up to mark.i am short of words professionally trained staff. Highly recommended☝️

I have just had my procedure at estemoon clinic,and the process from start to finish was just flawless . Xhovana was extremely helpful as she guided me through the process and answered any questions or concerns I had regarding the procedure .I'm hoping now for a positive outcome for the future .

I want to warn you! estemoon/coolest clinic is cheating
An ad for estemoon hair transplantation 990€ all inclusive appeared on Instagram! which in the end is not 990€ but cost me 1700€ the real price of the operation.
When I arrived at the clinic, nurse says I had to pay an extra 500€ when I was already in the cabinet, in exchange for the fact that I had to take donor hair from the beard and chest areas.
They also told me to pay 200€ for the shampoo, which was supposed to be in the package. To which my nurse replied that I have to buy shampoo.
First, I flew from Latvia to Istanbul airport, where I waited at least 1.5 hours for the transfer every time I had to go somewhere, then I was taken to the Goldenway hotel, the hotel was terrible, the water was running past the tap, the room was cold, there was a hole in the bed.
After leaving the next day, we arrived at the clinic at 17:00 in the evening.
I contacted estemoon, but in reality I was taken to another clinic, Coolest clinic, the operation was performed by 3 young assistants, not the main surgeon!
I had sedation anesthesia, and I also felt pain in my head when injecting. My operation ended at 2:00 night. 9 hours in total
I want to say before driving, the surgery can cost you twice as much, you have to calculate it and other unpleasant moments.

The company moved 3 times to another address in one year. The address what’s on google is not right, the building is closed. They are not communicating with patients, because I travel two times for nothing from spain to Istanbul because I’m not satisfied with my results after one year of my treatment. The guarantee is only valid after 18 months. I also made a review on google with pictures and exact dates and name consulente.

The experience was good. Xhovana was extremely helpful, always there to answer any and every question I had. If she didn’t have an answer she would find out and get back to me asap which I appreciated. Any post op questions I had were also handled very well!! Today marks exactly one month since my hair transplant surgery. I want to note that I have started experiencing shock loss, which is completely normal and expected at this stage. I feel well, and the recovery process is going smoothly.

I would especially like to express my gratitude to Dorina. She has always been in touch and ready to answer any questions, which has been incredibly helpful during my recovery process. Her attentive and professional attitude has made a significant difference, and I truly appreciate her support. It’s very reassuring to know that I always have assistance and information when needed.
