The support Nems gave was excellent

So far so good! Quick responses and helpful advice on set up and use.

Nimlin was very patient and knowledgeable.

Amazing supporting by the team of eSIM on, and almost rapid actions. Thanks 🙏 guys and especially NEMS 😇

Nena dealt with all my questions with skill.

The service I just received in a foreign country with step by step instructions, screenshots both ways and the care provided was amazing. My friend had recommended eSim as his preferred service and I now know why. They were brilliant, polite and efficient especially in my tired state after a 14 hour flight. I'm connected, happy and ready for a great holiday connected to my family and friends back home.
Highly recommend eSim-on

My parents were in airport flying to europe. With just a fews minus i got help from Nems ( the assistant) and my parents got their esim installed and ready for the trip ! Good work !!

Il y a des bug parfois mais un service client et technique au top

I’ve just bought this ESIM online whilst on holiday… I was having trouble activating it so I WhatsApped for help… The lovely agent guided me through & helped me activate it… very happy with the service received.
Thank you 🙏🏽

It was a bit of a process to get set up as I don’t usually move my settings at all, but I appreciated the step by step help in making sure my eSIM was set up properly!! Thanks.

My service with Nems was quick. My issue was solved immediately and in a friendly manner.

Currently in the uk for 7 days really good service surmise service was amazing. I would recommend almost anywhere in the country you can use.

Been using this service for some time now and always fully satisfied. Today I had a trouble connecting to Internet for the first time while abroad and lovely lady from support team spent an hour on whatsapp with me assisting me and taking me through every step of fixing the problem. I'm very please and impressed. Will definitely recommend this service to anyone.
