I have used an eSIM in Argentina, Uruguay, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Albania, Croatia, and Serbia. I have never had any problems, and I have always been assisted by the company’s support team.

This is the third time I've used e-sim On for my travel needs. Their prices are reasonable. My favorite part of dealing with them, however, is their customer service. They are always friendly and helpful.

On my current trip. I had made a mistaken purchase and esim On noticed, reaching out to clarify that I had purchased what I needed. They were then very quick to help me rectify the mistake. Super helpful!

The first time I used them, I found downloading the esim to my Android difficult. I needed to use their WhatsApp customer support, which was excellent. Once I got the hang of it (a lot was getting familiar with my phone's setting and with the understanding of what an esim is), I've found it very simple to use.

I will definitely be using esim On again.

AVOID. Do not use this product, it has bugs/flaws and customer service awful. Used them twice, never again. Worked fine for my 16 yo first exchange trip to europe in 2024 but the second one in 2025, exactly the same phone & the activation failed at CDG airport paris, couldn't get the sim to work and the customer service desk were saying it's not activated and they will continue to monitor it (whatever that meant?). My child was left without a working phone, had to purchase another sim card at the airport from a different carrier for the first month of her travel. Then thinking the esim-on sim would work for the last 2 weeks of her trip, we tried to activate it again. The customer service team had to help us for 2 hours and it finally activated, only to stop working 24 hrs later. When we asked why it stopped working, they went around in circles until they finally said it was activated 4 weeks ago so only had 1 day left and then expired. The esim was unusable in that first 4 weeks as it hadn't activated properly. I asked them to look to see that we hadn't used any data in that time and would they please extend the plan for an additional 2 weeks seeing as we'd had to purchase another sim to begin with thinking we could use this one later. They said no, offered 10% discount to purchase another plan. Terrible service, they couldn't fix the problem themselves and then didn't take any responsibility for their product not working and just took our money. No way was I paying them again for the same thing to happen.

Daughter then went on to get an esim from Airolo instead for her last 2 weeks, great coverage, worked instantly and was cheaper that esim-on. Stay away from this company.

If you want to make sure you or your kids don't get stuck in another country with no phone , avoid this company, their customer service is terrible and they take no responsibility.

If they respond to this review and deny any of it, don't believe a word.
