eSIM-On Arvostelua

Nems was great, prompt and efficient. Thank you!

I spoke to Nems. She was awesome from the get go! Any stress or concern I had was alleviated. She made me feel like if I had any issues, just come back to the chat! Don’t stress! Nems gots your back! This is not the end as my trip starts soon, but I’m confident in Nems and her team! 🙏

Fantastic support as always - very professional, very fast and everythign always works.

Unklare Installationsanweisung und Null (!) Hilfestellung/ keine Kontaktmöglichkeit. Anfrage löste Fehlermeldung aus, Geld in den Wind geblasen.

Nems was awesome with assistance can’t fault!

I had an excellent experience resolving an issue with my eSIM order. The response was prompt, making it very easy to communicate. They were also quite accommodating throughout the process.

The patience and prompt responses to my queries. Thank you!🙏🏽

Carl was very patient and most helpful in dealing with the issue I had with the eSIM.

Flexibility, good connections and always real people (not AI) to help with immediate problem resolution. The customer service is great.

Fast response time, clear instructions to check the system remotely

I've had a great experience with Nems,
They helped me set up the eSIM even though I don't have the first clue of how to do so.
Would recommend!

I’m useless and Carl from eSim helped me to set it up step by step and works beautifully. Was very easy to understand the steps and bang worked immediately. Very please customer. Also the eSim works very well in UK - I came here regularly and makes my life so much easier. Thank you

Outstanding and patient customer service - all personally tailored and very efficient! Would never use another esim provider!

Great product, and even better customer service too!

I saw an advert in the Times to try this eSim when I was going to Georgia. It is not a country that my current mobile network provider (EE) offer a reasonable package.

The installation was simple and I got message that it will work when I arrive. And it did!

The speed of download was good and eSIM-On has partnered with some good providers that offered reliable 4G pretty much throughout our trip in Tbilisi. One of the speed tests showed 199Mbps download 4Mbps upload.

When I had to ask for support via WhatsApp, they were very responsive. I was concerned that even though it said I had installed the eSIM, you are not going to know if it is going to work until you land.

It was a good price for the 4 days we were there. The 1Gb offer was reasonable. I didn't think I was a big data user, but perhaps if they had a few more variety of packages rather than jump 1Gb to the next band, that would be better.

All in all, v happy. Will use them again when I go on the next trip.

This apps is very useful and helpful. Easy to use and install and top up the balance. And I could use it again later in future by toping up the balance. The support whenever you have an issues or problem also quick response and helpful. Thanks

I had trouble starting the process installing the esim. I had an immediate response to my email and was put through to Carl. Using WhatsApp and screenshot he had me up and running very quickly. I have no problem awarding 5 stars.
