Scammers. Clever process on JustPark.
Just park take no responsibility for a pop up that appears when you are in their app. It auto renews at £69 which they take straight from your card/bank.
The process of getting a refund from eshopsecu.com is automated and non responsive. I was lucky and caught it when it was pending in my account, otherwise the money would have been taken. Never received emails or anything from them to say they were taking my money.

These robbing buggers are taking £29, £69 every month and I have no idea why. Its like I have signed a subscription and so the bank then says refunds are not possible but the fact is I have never signed anything

Edit: I was contacted and they have refunded the charges in full. They couldnt confirm where I had signed up so god knows what happened. 2 stars for refunding money but cant give anymore as this could of cost me hundreds of pounds if I hadnt noticed and no emails were sent by company confirming any subscription had been set up. Seems a but sneaky.

Pure fraud , had a parking cancelled through Just Park and there was a pop up window asking me to claim my refund back through just park app and it gave you limited time to do so. So I claimed my refund , just to see that they have deduct the money from my card. Shame on just park for allowing this fraudulent trick to be used disgusted . I will raise a claim with my card provider and claim the refund I will also report this to the daily mail and bbc to uncovered people behind just park and this fraudulent company

Pure scammers, crafty marketing on Just Park app. I was due a refund and the way the banner worked even though I usually pretty clued up even fooled me to think I had to click to get my refund from Just Park.

Tried to take another £69 from me yesterday but my CC company must know there tricks and blocked the sale.

I disputed my transactions with CC and have got all my money back.

i have been charged with £69.00 and i don’t know what it is i dont recognise this so called company and no one i know recognise them either i want a full refund of my money because this is a joke im going on holiday soon and need money and they charge me with stupid amounts this is the 2nd time this has happened.

This is a trick - legal one but a trick all the same. I got caught when cancelling a parking space on Just Park I’ve just worked out. It looks like you’re claiming your refund but it actually signs you up to this. Shame on Just Park for being in partnership with this company. I have just phoned Just Park customer service and they have given me their spiel that I should have read the 3rd party advertising company pop up properly before pressing the button. Yes I should. However, the way it pops up and timing of it fools you into thinking that this is how you request your Just Park refund. I know it, loads of people on the reviews of this 3rd part company know it, the 3rd party company knows it, my credit card company knows it and Just Park knows it. Just Park doing business with this 3rd party for their advertising revenue is really disappointing as I’ve found Just Park to be great for years and used them a lot. It’s basically a trick of Just Park customers that they are allowing.

No idea who this company is and never subscribed but I’ve had £69 taken out of my account today, their phone number coincidentally doesn’t go through either. I want a full refund immediately

I had to give 1* as I couldn't not , have taken £18 from my account I have emailed in to end this and a refund, I have not authorised this payment or any other

What is this eshopsecurity! I never subscribe this site and it’s keep charging me £29.99. They took £29.99 once also they tried yesterday again £69 to take my money. Luckily this time my card was blocked. I want my full refund also they don’t let you unsubscribe

As most people here, you'll be reading this after the fact. This is a simple scam, but incredibly hard to even notice. I wanted a refund for unused parking and assumed that this was how you claim as it was on the companies refund page. No indication at all that it's a subscription service and now £29.99 down. Not confident that the unsubscribe will work, it's just a button on their website. Apparently awaiting a phone call from an agent, but I doubt it will ever come.

Scums. They have taken money from my account but good news is my bank now claiming back. Bunch of scums.

Hello, what is this eshop thing, it’s trying to take money from my account thankfully there’s not enough funds, why is this happening? Please can you help and they stop it thank you

Like many others on here, I didn't even know I had subscribed to this service after a purchase from an electrical outlet. It was only by chance that I realised they were taking money from my account.
I contacted my bank to put a stop to these and file a scam claim against them. My bank supplied me with a number to contact this company on, but suprise suprise it didn't work just like the one on their cancellation page on their website. I did finally mange to cancel and received a confirmation email which looked like it it had been written by a seagull.

This Company has taken money from my account through as a "subscription" I never signed up for anything.

Scam keeps trying to take money out my account starting to p#$s me off

They keep trying to take money out of my bank account which I do not have and if it carries on they’ll put me deep in dept. Please someone help me what do I do to stop this

I don't know why but they keep trying to take money out my bank..... I read it happened to someone through justpark and I used them also after I had to do a refund..... how do I stop the payments?

Charged my card without my permission. I followed a link thinking I was claiming a refund for parking on JustPark but it was this company purporting to assist you with obtaining online refunds. I think I must have searched for "Apply for JustPark Refund" on Google and followed a link to something that looked like a payment website so I thought I was providing my card details for the JustPark refund to be processed. At the time £0.00 was charged to my card but I was later charged £29.99 for a subscription to their service. Reported to bank and cancelled card.

I got scammed from this so called company. Firstly they tried to buy online then they took money from another scam company name “stripe” they sent me an invoice after taking money that i never bought anything.

I wanna know was it your Barclays bank account you got scammed from or different bank
