This company fraudulently stole my husband's money, 5 separate payments taken from his account when he never submitted his details. They captured the info from the screen and used it. This is highly illegal. They also create extortionate delivery payments and the value of items apparently won are highly overstated. Be warned. Also a lot of the positive reviews are bots and ai generated.

Shipping took a little longer than I hoped, but the item arrived safely at the end

Was okay with this company till my credit card that I only used on hapabox got stolen and used elsewhere avoid these guys not to mention no customer service

Definitely a scam. You have a less than 5% chance on breaking even on box openings, and on the VERY slim chance you hit on something, it will cost more in “processing and shipping” fees than the item is worth. Absolute thieves.

Making you pay ridiculous shipping costs, the site conveniently "crashing" when you get a high ticket win, and the obviously fake AI generated 5 star reviews.

How trust pilot has done nothing about them yet is shocking

Awful customer service

I won a Gucci wallet from HapaBox. I received my item and immediately sold it back to StockX. I just got an email today saying they couldn’t validate my item. My sale was refused and I believe I will also have to pay them a fee for sending them fake merchandise. I talked to a representative from HapaBox saying something along the line of it has to be addressed within seven days of issue. They refuse to say anything further. I guess my next step is to file a police report? This is shady as hell

Liesssss … seen this on facebook get one free box , won a RGB controller for switch / pc … lo and behold 15$ for shipping!!! Not free then is it ?

All the positive reviews for this company are obviously AI generated, kind of surprising trustpilot hasn't done anything about them yet. Also, this site uses inflated shipping costs to overcharge you for items that you win.

I’ve noticed a lot of the prizes that you have to pay to ship are priced at full retail. A quick eBay search of sold listings will show you how little they may be selling for and that 30 dollar shipping and whatever fee. So before you pay to ship a prize check and see what the going rate is because most likely you’ll overpay from my personal experience

Honestly terrible website and app. I won an iPhone 16 landed and everything game froze and restarted the battle and I lost the iPhone. I thankfully screen recorded that. Then it happened again. But this time an Apple watch series 9 I screen recorded that one too. They aren’t provably fair. I’m fighting with them right now in support and of course they aren’t answering.

So I deposited 25, I won a prize from a box. I went to check out with my prize and it wants $50 to ship it?!? When trying to pay for the shipping it then forces you into a number of deposits rather then just paying for unrealistic disgustingly high shipping costs. I've sat in the customer service chat for about 4 hours today and just keep having the chat ended. Avoid these scam I now am going to have to go through my bank to get my money back.

Hit a Casio watch on watch carnival, screen recorded the whole thing. Site froze and gave me $1 credit instead. Replay was changed. Total scam!

Absolutely garbage company. Horrible website that doesn't function properly. I have some items that I can't even access anymore because they blocked the shop button.

The lack of wins after you stopped funding might mean the odds shift when you’re not actively topping up—possibly to incentivize more deposits. It’s a pattern worth questioning.
