Scammers!!!! Bought 2 products on the one order. The charging cords on both products were dirty; they had been used!!!!! No response from Ergonomist after sending 2 emails. No phone number to call. Don't waste your time!!!

This is likely a dodgy offshore drop shipping company (unless the owners would like to respond and prove otherwise). They are using other peoples marketing pictures for their chairs and claim to have perfect 5 star reviews, but after running an AI analysis on them, it appears those reviews were stolen from Uplift, an America company. They also dont appear to be at the actual address they claim to be at (another company is listed there on google) and there is no Australia ABN listed on their website. When you also consider the apparent non-existent customer service (as per the reviews already here) in combination with all those red flags, it doesn't seem they can be trusted to purchase from. This has been a huge waste of time, as the chair and the reviews looked great on first glance, I have reported them to ACCC.

The company does not appear legitimate when it comes to their return policy. They claim that items can be returned for a refund within a certain timeframe if unopened and in the original packaging. However, despite contacting them multiple times via the email address they provided, I never received any response.

This feels deceptive. The positive reviews on their website seem questionable, especially since my own negative review was never published.

The pillow I purchased is still unopened and in its original packaging, as I intended to return it. After reading other reviews online, I also have concerns about its effectiveness for neck pain.

I am having the same experience as other people.
I tried contacting the UK office and they forwarded my email, but I have not heard anything from the Australian office.
I wish they had stated from the beginning that returns are not accepted.
The order approval and shipping were very fast, yet being unable to even contact them after the purchase feels like the same tactics as fraud.
I have learned that you should not buy from a website that shows no negative reviews.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Also, and this is the most important, the Cervical pillow is useless and a complete waste of money

Purchased a cervical pillow that was significantly flatter than advertised and unusable for proper neck support. I contacted the business four times within their stated return window requesting return instructions and received no response. The company provides no phone number, no social media presence, and no physical business location on Google Maps, making them impossible to contact outside email.

Despite their website displaying thousands of five-star reviews, my one-star review was never published, and there appear to be no negative reviews at all, which is highly concerning. This experience, combined with their lack of contactability and refusal to engage in legitimate returns, strongly suggests deceptive business practices. I would not recommend purchasing from this company.
