I made a donation through the Enthuse website, however I missed the Gift Aid button. I was keen to add this to my donation so I contacted Enthuse and got connected to Emma Smith who sorted everything out immediately. A very prompt email reply, with excellent guidance and the situation was resolved . Now the charity is the beneficiary of the Gift Aid. Thank you.

We've really appreciated Enthuse and their service to us, and that was exemplified as we wanted to change the organisation that donations were sent to recently. I had a problem making a donation via my mobile and submitted a request to Enthuse Support for help. Danielle Taylor replied with advice about using a PC/laptop instead of a mobile and was able to confirm that no money had been taken. Problem was therefore quickly all resolved.
