Had an issue with a name on my profile, Danielle sorted it out for me asap and was very friendly - I like to panic for no apparent reason but Danielle put me at ease.

Excellent customer service.

I have had issues with the login procedure and also I needed to set up the Verification for Stripe. I called the support centre today and got to speak with Rishika Bhalla, a Customer Support Executive. She was extremely patient with me and talked me through every process, eventually coming to a successful ending. Her customer service skills are second to none and made the whole process so much less stressful

Donating to a hospice charity & assumed the extra money was gift aid. Turns out Enthuse take over 16% of your donation & make it difficult to opt out of this. Won’t be recommending Enthuse in future.

Emma Smith was very knowledgeable and patient. I am really happy I chatted with Emma today. She made it a good experience and solved my problem very quickly.

Throughout my time using Enthuse, I found the platform to be very easy to set up and manage. Creating fundraising campaigns and event pages was straightforward, making it accessible even for volunteers with limited technical experience.

The customer support team has always been professional, responsive, and willing to help whenever assistance was needed. Their prompt responses and clear guidance made the fundraising process smooth and stress-free.

I also greatly appreciated the timely processing and payment of donations, as well as the transparency of the reporting features, which helped us maintain accurate records for our charity.

Enthuse likes to push technological boundaries. This is good for security, but can be challenging for clients who are not tech savvy. However, they have a great customer support team. Rishika was very patient and helpful as well as knowledgeable. After a false start trying to onboard me for their new system while I was abroad, she cheerfully persisted second time around when I was back in the UK, and successfully got me registered with a secure sign in method.

We, a charity, had registered for the London Marathon via Enthuse. Logging in or using this website is simply a nightmare. Nothing works.

We have been having trouble with logging in to our account for weeks. Emma Smith, Support Lead was very helpful (and patient!) talking me through the process. Thank you!

Emma Smith was incredibly helpful to me this morning, helping me top overcome some logging in difficulties. I shared my screen with her and she talked me through some simple steps to get me set up. She embodied all the Ps - professional, patient, personable and polite. An asset to the Enthuse team.

I am new to Enthuse basically told about it in work and to get on with it! I had a lot of difficulty even opening an account and then signing in was a very frustrating as I did not know I had to select Cancel on each screen from the QR code to the Passkey page. It was not clear that I had to select Cancel. Anyway after a few emails I managed to secure help from Rishika, Customer Support Executive. We set up an online meet so we could screen share and she took me through the steps of setting up and signing in. Rishika was very clear in her instructions and very patient. She was able to run through the reports on our account so now I can get the information I need. After the online call she sent me through written instructions also how I could access reports etc. It was very frustrating when I first tried to sign in but once I was able to talk with a human things were sorted out. I did not find your Help pages any help!
Many thanks again to Rishika I wouldn't have figured out what I was expected to do without her assistance.

Rishika was excellent at trouble shooting and managing to solve the issues I had logging onto the platform. She explained everything in an easy to follow manner and was professional throughout. Thank you. An excellent interactive experience and customer service.

Rishika was an amazing help in resolving our problem with team pages. As most problems are, they are always due asap and Rishika managed to resolve ours in under 24 hours. We were also kept updated on the progress throughout.

Rishika arranged a video call with me to help me solve the issue I was having. She talked me through what I needed to do (I think she quickly picked up on my lack of IT skills :0)) and sorted me out very quickly.
