Replacement battery for Lenovo IdeaPad Flex 5

Finding replacement batteries for Lenovo laptops is not straightforward - the toughest part is finding the exact component (I went for the BTI compatible) and then potential suppliers. Back to the Office came up on the search and seemed to have a good reputation. The price was fine, the web page showed they had 2 in stock and a few days one arrived. Packaging was good. I got fitting instructions from a YouTube video. It was easy to fit (much easier than on my HP Envy) and it works well.

Great experience

I’d never heard of this website before and while looking for a particular item I stumbled across it. There are so many useful items on there. Website was easy to navigate, ordering too. My item was dispatched quickly and I was kept updated with delivery. It arrived within two days with DPD. Very pleased.

Still haven't received my order,order…they charge collection fee of £9.99 for return

I dont recommend this site ,they will charge you collection fee of £9.99 if you want to return ,Still haven't received my order,order 29 April and today 8 of may ,they told will be delivered today 8 of may ,and 8 of may the order has been despatched hahhaa ,cant stop laugh, how they trying to explain you this is normal then next day told me will takes more loool,poor customer service and slow like turtle

As we discussed in our email, the delivery timeframe on your order confirmation was misread, and your order remains scheduled to arrive within the timeframe provided in your confirmation email.

We appreciate that waiting for an order can be frustrating, however at no stage has your order fallen outside of the advised delivery window. We’re sorry for any confusion caused regarding the dispatch and delivery dates, and also sorry that we haven’t been able to explain this more clearly to you.

We understand from your review history that you’ve unfortunately had disappointing experiences with a number of retailers, and we genuinely hope you have a more positive experience going forward

Update 1: Unfortunately, you have yet to reply to our previous email, but we can see you have updated your review.

As per our terms, which you agreed to when completing your order, all change-of-mind returns are subject to a collection fee. This is because we are charged for collecting these returns, and unfortunately, we are unable to absorb this cost.

If the delivery had been rejected, as we advised, and you confirmed you would do, then this would have been returned to the sender (us) at no extra cost.

If you still wish to return the item, please reply to our email or open a new return via our website.

I ordered a PC graphics card at a great…

I ordered a PC graphics card at a great price thinking the service might be a bit slow, well it was completely the opposite. The whole process was great from start to finish, with my item arriving within a couple of days. I was kept informed at every point and my item was exactly as ordered. I would definitely buy from these guys again.

Very disappointed my scooter has come…

Very disappointed my scooter has come with punctured tyre when in the advertisement it stated the tyres can not be punctured won’t be buying again

I have sorted the issue out privately at a scooter shop I have not received any email from your side and my review was based on my experience and disappointment I had of my new scooter having a punctured inner tube. I am not looking for refunds or compensation it was just my experience purchasing from yourself.

Mobeen, we’re really sorry to hear your scooter arrived with a punctured tyre — that’s certainly not the experience we want for any customer.

We’re also quite disappointed that this review was your first point of contact, as we haven’t received any emails or live chat messages from you. This is something we could have resolved very quickly for you. Your order was placed on Thursday, 30th April and delivered on 1st May, which is well within our stated 3–5 working day delivery timeframe to resolve any issues.

While we’re not the manufacturer of the product, we absolutely take responsibility for helping you resolve any issues. As a small independent business, reviews like this have a significant impact on us, far more than they would on a large corporate retailer — which is why we always encourage customers to reach out to us directly first so we can put things right.

We have email and live chat available for you to fix the issue you are facing. We cannot help you without your cooperation.

We can simply request that the manufacturer either send you a replacement wheel or return the order, which cannot be done without your help.

Update 2: Still no contact from the customer. We simply cannot help you if you don't cooperate with us. It's a simple fix that we can resolve for you.

great purchase

I made a purchase on a random monday it came within two days, so a wednesday. quick and effiecent. It was also a bank holiday so the fact the order was processed and delivered in two days was amazing.

First time order, excellent impression.

First time ordering from this company and the service was excellent. The item was priced extremely competitively, I received regular emails advising of order status and shipping.

Tracking information was provided (I had chosen express delivery) and the item arrived 2 days after ordering. I ordered on a Monday night, it was processed and picked Tuesday, delivered Wednesday.
I will almost certainly be ordering from this company again.

Love my new monitor

Love my new monitor! Ordered on March 12th around 4:30 PM and arrived the next day at noon (12:30 PM). It's standard delivery as well. Really satisfied! Thank you; I'll be using this shop more when I need something :)
