I had a few issues with my page and couldn’t work out where I was going wrong, Emma helped me every step of the way and made the changes I was unable to herself.
And still replied even after sorting it all out for me. She’s a credit and made the whole thing so much easier!

We've been with Enthuse for a number of years and have never had issues processing donations, setting up checkouts etc. They've been very responsive recently, especially Emma Smith the Support Lead, regarding some queries I had around the new API set up.

Enthuse have been extremely helpful in relation to my recent 2026 London Marathon fundraising page - from set-up to applying offline sponsorship (thanks Danielle Taylor!)

Very misleading donated £40 and they took £49 did not even give clear instructions when donating that this tip would be added to final amount.
My advice is to donate straight into the person or persons directly into their account rather than through this site. I certainly won't be using this way of donating ever again tried phoning number unobtainable emailed still waiting for response.

I sent my donation to the right charity but wrong page! Enthuse were amazing at responding to my email and sending funds to correct page....a first class service and very professional staff, would highly recommend using their site.
