Enterprise Rent-A-Car Arvostelua 

Enterprise needs to change its document verification policy for customers using debit cards. Not everyone has a utility bill in their name, and requiring one creates an unnecessary barrier for many responsible renters. People may live with family, have utilities included in their rent, or have other legitimate living arrangements where they simply don't have a utility bill.

The policy should be consistent across all Enterprise locations and allow alternative forms of proof of address, such as bank statements, lease agreements, government mail, or other official documents. Customers shouldn't be turned away simply because they don't fit one narrow requirement.

Enterprise serves a diverse customer base, and its policies should reflect today's reality. It's time to update this outdated requirement and provide fair, reasonable options for debit card users.

Double speaking liars. Booked a car, told there were plenty. Called back 2 hours later, and again told plenty of cars. Drive over an hour and get a call WHILE DRIVING to say that suddenly they have no cars. Call customer service, get told manager will call back. Sit at side of highway over an hour, Never got a call. Called back again. Told to go to another location and my reservation would be honored. Drive another hour and a half to new location. Got to second location, told no cars available. Two and a half hours away from home now, with no car, no reservation, and the only way they can help at all is if we pay over $150 in additional service fees. Tried calling the number for customer "service" as suggested, only to be stonewalled and told for the third time that someone would get back to me. This has yet to happen.

Voiture de remplacement louée prise en charge par l’assurance, lors de la prise du véhicule contrôle survolé par l’agent + voiture sur la réserve ! par contre au retour contrôle hyper minutieux pour aller chercher des traces qui étaient très probablement présentes bien avant.
Je ne recommande pas du tout.

Ich schreibe diese Bewertung, um zukünftige Mieter ausdrücklich darauf hinzuweisen, wie wichtig eine genaue Fotodokumentation bei der Fahrzeugübernahme ist.

Nach der Fahrzeugrückgabe stellte mir Enterprise eine Schadensforderung in Höhe von 1.700 € für einen angeblichen Neuschaden an der vorderen Stoßstange (Fahrerseite) in Rechnung. Zum Glück hatte ich am Tag der Übernahme am Schlüsseltresor detaillierte Fotos mit Zeitstempel gemacht.

Nach Durchsicht meiner Aufnahmen konnte ich mit einem Foto exakt vom Zeitpunkt der Übernahme lückenlos beweisen, dass der Streifschaden bereits vor Mietbeginn vorhanden war. Erst nach Einreichung dieses Nachweises verzichtete Enterprise auf die Forderung und schloss den Fall ab.

Ich bin froh, dass der Vorgang letztlich eingestellt wurde, aber der Ärger wegen eines Vorschadens war völlig unnötig. Mein Tipp an alle Mieter: Fotografieren und filmen Sie das Auto bei der Abholung gründlich aus allen Winkeln inklusive Datum und Uhrzeit!

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car (Claim #80228256, RA #4BQ971).
I returned the car via the out-of-hours drop-box, only to receive a Loss Damage Report shortly after claiming a "misaligned passenger door" with a £150 deductible.
Luckily, I always take detailed, time-stamped photographs of vehicles at pickup and drop-off. Comparing my photos from collection to return proves beyond doubt that the passenger door condition remained entirely unchanged and no damage occurred while the car was in my care.
Raising damage claims on drop-box returns without checking pre-existing conditions or customer photos creates unnecessary stress and hassle for loyal customers. I have submitted my photographic evidence to the Damage Recovery Unit and expect this claim to be closed immediately. Be very careful and make sure you document every inch of your rental car when using key drop-offs with Enterprise!

This review is about Enterprise Rent-a-Car Ireland. When I booked an SUV with them for 7 nights in in July. After I made the booking I realised that some branches may not accept debit cards for security deposit and as per the enterprise website I should call up the branch. So I did this and spoke directly with the Dublin Airport staff who confirmed that a debit card would not be a problem.

Fast forward to the day of arrival. I arrived with my wife and 2 kids and made our way to Enterprise. The rep then informed me that the debit card I had was issued from a country that is not on their list of accepted countries and therefore they cannot rent me the car.

So here I was stuck at Dublin airport at 10.00 pm with no way to get to Cork. Hertz saved the day for me.

So in summary, utterly incompetent staff who do not really care about providing the correct information. Never again with such an unprofessional company.

Très en colère contre l'agence "gare de Cannes". Voici maintenant plus d'un mois que j'ai eu affaire à cette agence. Tout s'est bien passé à la restitution de la voiture, mais quand j'ai reçu la facture, je me suis aperçu que des frais exorbitants avaient été ajoutés. La relocalisation de la restitution m'a été comptée alors que l'agence dans laquelle j'avais loué la voiture (aéroport de Nice) me l'avait offerte, un dépassement d'une journée m'a aussi été compté (avec frais associés pour cette journée supplémentaire) alors que le ticket de parking horodaté prouve le contraire. Quand je suis revenu à l'agence de la gare de Cannes le lendemain, le "responsable" m'a dit qu'il ne pouvait rien faire de lui-même, mais m'a donné sa carte et m'a dit qu'il ferait son possible pour obtenir le remboursement de ce trop perçu. Depuis, rien n'a bougé et sur ma dizaine d'appel à cette agence, pas une seule fois un correspondant n'a décroché. Lamentable et rageant. Je déconseille vivement de passer par cette agence malhonnête.

Une expérience incroyable à ne surtout pas rater. Mieux que l'Imax ou le 4DX.
Le début commence par un contrat de location et un petit tour d'inspection furtif sur une table illisible, et des abréviations. Mais au retour ce contrat prend tout son sens, la franchise et rien que la franchise, je parle de celle pécuniaire pas celle des employés bien sur.
Un tour minutieux avec photos à l'appui cette fois. Ce sera à vous de rembobiner le film pour faire des photos du jour J, pour justifier l'état initial du vehicule. l'abréviation : "PC ARR embouti" à l'aller se transforme en "PC ARR cote COND embouti" au retour....
Ces 4 petites lettres valent de l'or quand on sait les manier. 1450 € de prélèvement en cours moins d'une heure après la restitution, et le lendemain 1700 € de prélèvement au motif de la franchise. prélever 2 fois pour une abréviation fallacieuse. Prélever par 2 filiales Rent-a-car différentes Quand on aime on ne compte pas. Le temps n'a pas d'emprise pour Enterprise... Pensez à recharger votre livret A pour les plus courageux...

Car Booked for 1 week via website and done payment and booking confirmation received and all other trip has planned based on this. Next day they have denied to give the car saying not available. The payment got stuck for 8 days without any compensation.. Full trip has spoiled bcz of false commitment.

I had an exceptional experience with the Enterprise Athlone office, especially thanks to Tim.

After having a terrible day when my brand new car broke down unexpectedly, I was stressed and frustrated. From the moment I arrived, Tim was incredibly friendly, understanding, and genuinely caring. He went above and beyond to make the whole replacement process quick and hassle-free. His professionalism, warm attitude, and willingness to help completely turned my day around.

I regularly rent from Enterprise when travelling abroad, and I've always had good experiences, but the customer service at the Athlone office truly stands out. The entire team was welcoming, helpful, and made me feel valued as a customer.

Agence Enterprise rent a car bercy à fuir. Malhonnêtes. Après une panne, seule, en "détresse" avec mes deux enfants ( la personne idéale à arnaquer ) mon assurance mandate cette entreprise pour un prêt de voiture. L'état des lieux oral ne reflète pas ce qui est écrit sur le compte rendu écrit ( mais je ne m'en rendrai compte que lors de la restitution du véhicule ), Lors de l'état des lieux final, on me montre un dégat sur la voiture ( pare chocs décalé ) qui est selon eux de ma responsabilité, or il est mentionné sur l'état des lieux initial déformation pare chocs avant et calandre. 1700e de franchise. Un conseil lorsque vous louez une voiture, faites une vidéo et des photos des états des lieux initiaux et finaux. De plus, lorsque je demande à communiquer avec la personne ayant effectué l'état des lieux initial pour avoir des explications, on me répond qu'il ne travaille plus là ( 6 jours après ! ). De plus, aucune assurance ne m'a été proposée afin éventuellement de prendre en charge un incident de ce type.

I booked a minibus at the start of Feb for a week over the summer holiday to take the family, including grandparents away for a break. The morning of the day we were due to collect, Enterprise declared they had no minibuses available (is 5 1/2 months not enough notice?). Given its peak season, and left with only a few hours notice to try and book something else, there was nothing available. Accommodation was booked, time off work was booked, activities and trips were booked, all arrangements made only for enterprise to completely scupper everything at the 11th hour. DO BETTER!!!!

Because zero stars was not an option

⁰I was greeted soon as I walked in the door to pick up my rental by all including the Manager July 15 2026.At the location in Enterprise.Cali went over and beyond to show me how everything works in the 2027 mini van.I was so pleased that I return the mini van in and rented a Chevorlet equinox to go to Birmingham to take my Daughter to her doctors appt.It was a very nice young man that help me when I return the equinox back in.I Sarah Watson HIGHLY RECOMMEND rent from Enterprise rent a car.FIVE PLUS STARS TO THEM👍🏾

We rented a car recently from the Tralee office as part of our insurance policy terms. Norma and her team, specifically, Ryan looked after us in the most efficient, friendly and stress free manner…..seamless service. Only yesterday, ten days later, I contacted Ryan to urgently rent a car for two days. Yet again, amazing problem free service. Highly recommend.

Enterprise at 10A Russell Street overcharged us by nearly double. They are crooks!!! Do notuse!!

I reserved a car on 7-21, was canceled due to no cars being available, no call from Enterprise. I reserved another
" car" for the next day 7/22, with their full assurance the car was on the lot and available. Just 5 minutes later, I got the call and there were no cars available. If I could give them a zero, I would.

If I could give negative stars it would be -100. Reserved a rental car for my son who was stranded at the airport in Charlotte, NC. Was told the car would be there when he got there. After getting an Uber and heading to the rental location he received a message cancelling his reservation. Yall suck big time. I hope your family member is never stranded 9 hours from home needing a ride. Also, the lady that works in the office on south blvd is extremely rude. I bet she lives a lonely miserable life.
